Location was great. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast didn’t have any eggs or meat. Room was cool but musty smelling. Bathroom had mold in the caulking around the tub.

Love this hotel!

I’ve stayed here multiple times. It’s our absolute favorite to stay in for Canton Trade Days. It’s clean, the staff is friendly, parking lot is well lit. The rooms are very comfortable and roomy.

First time staying here and we will definitely make it a regular on our trips through the area. The beds were so comfortable and the rooms were very roomy. The front desk ladies were very friendly. Loved the coffee machine!

Was very disappointed

Had to change rooms 3 times. Big urine spot on the mattress when pulling it out to make the sofa bed, smelled very strong. 2nd room had a very strong chemical smell, covering up a moldy smell. 3rd room was okay. Pool and work out room closed. Ice machine only worked on one floor.

Check in was nightmare. First no one was there. We rang the bell and waited ten minutes before we just left and came back later. When we got to our room we immediately noticed there was no remote for the tv. We went back down to the front and they gave us a new random remote that didn’t work so we went back down a third time. The lady at the front came up to our room because she thought she could get it to work. When it didn’t she tried telling me that we just needed to use the buttons in the tv. When I asked to change rooms she said the owner will not let them change people out rooms. I continued and pressed until we finally got a new room. This took over 45 minutes in total to just check in. The new room had old laundry in the corner under the end table and trash in the same corner. The hotel was in need of way better housekeeping and a major update. All the carpets were dirty and stained in the hallways and in the rooms. All the fixtures were rusted. We go to a lot of hotels and this is one of the worst I have been to in several years.

The bed was super comfortable rooms were roomy. It was very clean. The staff was friendly. The Internet is terrible. It keeps going in and out overall would stay again if we were in the area.
