The hotel is ideally located for access to the centre of Maastricht with plenty of dining options nearby in Markt, or a little further away, Vrijthof Square. Maastricht itself made a good base for exploring that part of the Netherlands and for visiting nearby Belgium and Germany.

What a beautiful hotel! Everything about our stay was lovely. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious, incredibly well designed and spotlessly clean. Best shower, thoughtful amenities, clever lighting, comfortable bed. We didn’t want to leave! Location is great, walking distance to everything and Maastricht is such a nice town to visit,great restaurants and shopping. Special mention to Jesse in the bar, restaurant recommendations were spot on - we went to Le Fernand twice we liked it so much!

From the minute we arrived we knew this was going to be a good experience. The staff are welcoming, efficient and basically can't do enough to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The hotel has only been open 2 months (December '25) so is immaculate, and our room was incredible. The break-out areas on the ground floor and also the restaurant/bar are as cool as you'd expect from a hotel like this.

Safety issue : fire alarm at 4:27am No instructions No safety procedure No safety arrow where to go in a renovated mansion No openable windows ! (Common in Europe) People half naked in the wood staircase Nobody telling us if actual fire or false alarm Fire department should Know about that asap Nobody wants to experience another drama Like at Cran Montana Expedia should do something official about this situation. Confort : room with a view on the gardens : no way to open the 2 windows we were suffocating Bathroom : no heater so freezing !

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in 12/2025 to visit the Christmas markets. We loved this hotel! It has only been open for 2 months so it is completely updated. Our room was spacious and spotless. Maybe we were the first to ever stay in the room?? The bathroom was amazing - rainfall shower! Our breakfast each morning had a wonderful selection (I am vegetarian). The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is really ideal for shopping, restaurants and fairly close access to the train station. We had no complaints! This hotel is a fabulous option in Maastricht!

Het was een verrassend goed en gastvrij hotel. Service is in Nederland niet altijd meer de service zoals het ooit bedoeld was, maar dit hotel is weer ouderwets TOP. Met dank aan de leiding die dit goed heeft weten over te dragen aan het personeel. Alles is recent gerenoveerd en ziet er prachtig uit. Kortom; voor herhaling vatbaar.
