Bit like a Premier Inn, you know what to expect

Generally I enjoy staying at this hotel. However, it bugs me they use disposable shower gels, cups etc. The hotel looks pretty new and I a quite, comfortable place to stay. It’s part of the football ground, so idea if you’re going to a game. Standard breakfast buffet type arrangement. Oh, it also has a mega climbing wall! Be nice if they vacuumed the rooms too. Not overly dirty, just in need of more care when cleaning

Staff were not helpful, moved the reception into the restaurant so we’re queuing to check in, in a busy restaurant. Had dinner in the restaurant 2 nights, had to get staff attention for more drinks, was not taken care of. Room was average, bathroom needs updating, air con didn’t work and beds were uncomfortable.

No heating in the rooms

The rooms dont have heating. The outside temperature was -2 degrees, so we could not spend the night there. We had to get another hotel. We did not stay there. Can you please refund me the night that I pay?

Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en goed, zowel warm en koude keuzes. De kamers waren schoon en de douche was fijn. De bedden waren minder. Deze waren erg zacht en een kuil erin. De airco deed het ‘s nachts ook niet en dat was met code rood buiten wel jammer.

Familiekamer is ruim opgezet, met een 2 persoonsbed en een stapelbed. Matrassen zijn wel wat zacht, maar dat is persoonlijk. Koffie en thee faciliteiten aanwezig. Badkamer is opgezet als een soort sport kleedkamer, met dubbele wastafel en 2 hokjes met respectievelijk een toilet en een douche. De deur van de wc en douche zijn niet van grond tot plafond gesloten. Hoewel de kamer schoon en ruim is, zou het een kleine update kunnen gebruiken. Kitranden zouden vervangen moeten worden en veel kalk aanslag in de badkamer/douchekop. Ontbijt is ruime keuze en lekker. Zou het hotel zeker nog een keer boeken als we weer op doorreis naar familie/vrienden gaan.

Het hotel is gevestigd aan een voetbalstadion. Het is een eind lopen vanaf het restaurant naar je kamer. Het ontbijt is prima. Het diner is matig. We hadden een burger besteld en salade. De burger was hetzelfde zoals je die in een snackbar krijg. De salade matig met teveel dressing

La chambre familiale ressemble davantage à dortoir d’auberge de jeunesse. Attention les termes sont nudistes. Ça a été la mauvaise surprise pour nos adolescentes de 17 et 18 ans. Enfin l’hôtel est bien situé et beau. Le repas de midi lunch est très bon. La brasserie restaurant le soir est un peu basique. Le personnel est correct , en plus petit plus pour les familles. Il y a un bowling, . Ce fut le point positif. Il y a également un grand mur d’escalade.
