Goede mogelijkheid parkeren, dichtbijgelegen meubelboulevard en snelweg. Eetgelegenheid in hotel en omgeving. Kamers wat gedateerd, sporen op muur van verwijderde dingen waar niet de verf werd bijgewerkt. Gastvrije medewerkers. Kamer compact maar prima. We zouden er weer verblijven.

Prima kamer voor n prima prijs. Ontbijt en diner erg duur dus geen gebruik van gemaakt. Het lunchpakketje daarentegen is heel goed verzorgd en betaalbaar Als vakantie lokatie of uitbalsbasis prima te doen voor een paar nachtjes Ik heb luid ingevuld als min puntje. Dit omdat het hotel aan een drukke weg ligt Maar dat weet je als je boekt

Overal lag modder binnen van grote groepen mountainbikers die er ook verbleven en zich gewoon in de lobby aan het omkleden waren. De modder lag ook in de ruimtes waar de kamers waren. Tevens is alles een beetje gedateerd en zou een beetje onderhoud geen overbodige luxe zijn.

Directe omgeving van het hotel was niet erg inspirerend: wegen rondom, industrieterrein, maar van het verkeer hadden we geen last. Het was rustig. Al die wegen maakten het hotel wel gemakkelijk bereikbaar, zolang je per auto bent tenminste. Van bereikbaarheid met ov hebben geen ervaring. De kamer was het netjes, ontbijt lekker. De wc spoelde niet altijd goed door, helaas.

Bij aankomst en vertrek was er niemand bij de receptie, erg vervelend. De deur, naar de gang bij kamer nr 20 en hoger, klapt iedere keer hard dicht en dat is heel storend.

Prima verblijf gehad. Het personeel was vriendelijk en de kamer was schoon en netjes. Qua prijs- en kwaliteitsverhouding is het in orde. Er was een dag dat het niet mogelijk was om te dineren omdat er geen kok was. Niet echt een probleem, maar wel iets om rekening mee te houden. De kamers zijn wel heel gehorig.

Over het algemeen een mooie locatie en zeer vriendelijk personeel en de service en behulpzaamheid was zeer prettig, alleen kleine kant tekening het programma van diner zat niet echt op 1 lijn , voorbeeld :wij wilde blijven eten maar s,ochtends werd ons verteld dat de kaart heel karig was ivm feestdagen en omdat we al eerder van deze kaart gegeten hadden hebben we dus niet in het hotel gegeten maar buiten , bij terugkomst bleek dus dat de gene die dienst had wel met de kaart werkte , jammer maar wel een dingetje om goed af te stemmen , maar al met al een goed verblijf gehad in Heerlen
