Location of property was amazing straight across from the promenade. The staff were so nice and helpful at all times. Everything was excellent apart from our room. We were in room 19 on the ground floor. The room was right off an entrance way to 2 rooms, too close for comfort, we heard everything. When we were there the weather was lovely, nice and sunny but not extreme heat, just as well. The room had no air conditioner or cooling fans, we could open the bed room window. However as we were on ground level it would have been easy to access via the window and the staff area was right outside the window. We would definitely come back again and definitely recommend to anyone. However we would opt for another room.
