Enchanting décor & reception. Allowed on car park early which was a bonus. Lovely comfy room- clean bathroom. Breakfast top quality. Staff very amiable & helpful. A lovely relaxing stay, with pleasant, friendly and very helpful staff. The room was elegant and the bed very comfortable, with everything we needed. Breakfast was freshly cooked and very enjoyable. We travelled with our retired greyhound Towser and the staff were very accommodating to him also.

Stayed one night for the Lytham Festival recently. Check in was smooth, hosts very friendly. Quirky little place with a nice vibe. Rooms are good, but can see its probably time for a bit of an update and maintenance as feel a little outdated. Bed was very very soft and me and my husband rolled together as there wasnt too much support in the mattress, but we still had a decent nights sleep. Breakfast was mega though, plentiful and very tasty! Would use again, and would recommend for a trip to the area

The rooms were clean tea and coffee making facilities, the shower wasn't very powerful but was adequate, close to seafront and the shops, about a 10 min walk to the train station. The breakfast was lovely, full english, cereals and fresh fruit and toast and tea and coffee.

Our dog friendly room was perfect! We even had our own little garden. Room was spotlessly clean with a huge bed. Extremely dog friendly. Staff were helpful, friendly and very attentive. Breakfast was lovely. Enjoyed our stay here very much. We will always stay here now when we visit Lytham.
