The hotel and the room were clean and nice nothing to complain about cleanliness! But the room was very noisy, felt like we were inside a dishwasher as you could here loud water noises from the pipes 24/7, that made it difficult to sleep.

Lots of space, handy microwave and fridge, comfortable beds, lovely to be able to step onto balcony for fresh air. Excellent price for two night stopover travelling through France into Spain by train. Only downside was being asked to take rubbish to garbage area but maybe that was our translation?

Great location but a shame about the toom amenities. A few bits in disrepair, it hadnt been cleaned throughly and the sink was mostly blocked. The staff however were lovely and the man that checked me out was super helpful.

Reception very friendly and gives good advise. Room is huge bed is comfortable but carpet is very dirty. Good bathroom, maybe some more shower gel. Breakfast is ok with fresh orange juice. Very good location close to part-dieu rzilway station. safe area.Good hotel close to Part Dieu railway station

There was so much noise - each window has a fabric blind on the outside of the building and some of the blinds just flap and bang all night. We hardly slept. There is no air conditioning and the room was sweltering. Not a great place to get some sleep. Bed was rock solid too. Awful nights sleep

Check-in wasn’t smooth, they thought I was a different guest staying one night not two. They couldn’t locate a key for the locked kitchen, got told to go up and check then call them if it was locked. Arrived into the room and only one bed had a duvet, the other just had a sheet and the phone didn’t work. No duvet located for two days, apparently they don’t have any!! Very strange experience. Apartment was large but noisy, you can hear next door opening a door and upstairs/downstairs water flushing/showers etc.

The hotel is close to the train station which was our main reason for choosing it. It is around a 30 minute walk to the main tourist areas. Our room was clean but the bed and pillows weren’t very comfortable. As we had booked a double room rather than an apartment, the kitchen area was locked behind a cupboard door. Whilst I don’t have a problem with this as such, it was frustrating to hear the refrigerator being on but being unable to use it. The room did not have air conditioning and the controls to lower an external blind must have been in the kitchen area. The very thin curtain that was provided meant the room was very bright when the sun came up.

This is an apartment hotel, not a traditional hotel. No service of room until checkout. Staff is friendly. Rooms are big with a kitchenette. Two small towels. No shampoo, only soap in bathroom. Pillows are very old. Room has been recently remodeled. Very cheap TV only works with chromecast and hard to hear. Internet less than 1mbps, so you need a hotspot. Safe does not work. Tea kettle does not work. They do have a washer and dryer, only of each, but very difficult to figure out if you don’t speak French. No help from customer service number. Location is a business district and apartments. Near the Lyon Part Dieu station, 12 min walk. That was why we chose it. Also near a very large mall with shopping and a great food choices. Downstairs Japanese restaurant is excellent.

Un séjour d’une nuit dans cet hôtel bien placé La possibilité de mettre la voiture au parking est un plus mais le tarif est exorbitant heureusement que nous avons trouvé une place à l’extérieur pour un moindre coup. La chambre est bien mais dommage qu’il n’y ai pas de porte pour plus d’intimité on est pas toujours accompagné en couple. De plus une bouilloire est à disposition avec du thé malheureusement pas de tasse ou de verre peut être un oubli.. La piscine est un vrai plus avec une plage horaire large peut être ajouté une touche de musique zen pourrait être un vrai plus 😉

En dehors du manque de propreté dans la chambre, elle sentait l’humidité, la VMC était avec des bouts de scotch, et la télé ne fonctionnait pas. Dommage car les chambre sont spacieuses et jolie. Le petit dej est assez limité en terme de choix mais gros plus : un jus d’orange frais.
