Lyon mecure

Stayed in this hotel on way to italy and on the way back to the UK. Found the staff to be helpful & friendly. Also recommend eating at the hotel restaurant... lovely food & great service. Will happily stay here again.

Wir buchen grundsätzlich sehr gerne Mercure Hotels und waren bisher auch immer zufrieden. Umso enttäuschender war leider unser Aufenthalt in diesem Mercure. Wir hatten bewusst ein Privilege-Zimmer gebucht, da wir den entsprechenden Standard von Mercure kennen. Das erste Zimmer war allerdings deutlich älter als erwartet und hatte mehrere Mängel. Nach unserer Beschwerde an der Rezeption wurde uns sehr freundlich und unkompliziert ein anderes Zimmer angeboten. Das zweite Zimmer war zwar etwas neuer, allerdings gab es auch hier einige Probleme, unter anderem ein undichtes Waschbecken, einen losen Türgriff sowie lose Halterungen im Badezimmer. Besonders positiv möchten wir die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals hervorheben. Unser Anliegen wurde an der Rezeption sehr freundlich aufgenommen und der Zimmerwechsel wurde schnell und unkompliziert ermöglicht. Insgesamt waren wir mit dem Zustand und der Instandhaltung der Zimmer leider enttäuscht. Gerade weil wir Mercure grundsätzlich sehr schätzen, hätten wir uns bei einem Privilege-Zimmer einen deutlich besseren Standard gewünscht.

Le cadre est agréablement calme, mais la climatisation ne fonctionne pas et ils n’ont pas de ventilateur à disposition. Je sais que nous sommes au mois de mai. Mais à Lyon au mois de mai, certaines journées sont lourdes et chaudes. Il me semble que pour un hôtel de ce standing, la climatisation est un élément DE BASE. En Asie, aux USA, au Moyen orient, et plus près de nous, en Espagne, ils ne sont pas si pingres avec le confort de leurs hôtes Bref, en hiver je conseille cet hôtel Au printemps je le déconseille fortement En été je ne sais pas, même si leur clim est supposée fonctionner, je ne l’ai pas testée
