When we arrived we were upgraded to a balcony room. Unfortunately the shutters system on the balcony and the outside lights didn't work. We weren't too fussed as we hadn't booked it, although with the heat it would have been nice to get some air. The T.V randomly kept coming on through the night which kept us awake. There was very little roundabouts open. Overall it was comfortable and clean and did the job.

If you’re looking for a place to rest and not afraid to walk from one to two bridges and back, this is your place! It was a nice place that was clean, spacious and accommodating for whatever you needed. You can take a bike or scooter through city apps to get around faster or the metro after 15 minute walk. It’s located a 5 minute walk to a beautiful park right next door to have a picnic or promenade. Very relaxing stay! Thank you!

Love the location of the hotel- right at the expressway exit if you're driving into Lyon and convenient local tram connections to city centre. Quiet and tranquil with a huge park and by the Rhone nearby. The property is very dated and seen better days. We were on the 6th floor and it smelled musky with a hint of sewage. Check in and check out staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Hello - we loved this property and will come back. The staff that checked us in - training - were lovely and very helpful. The room was clean and modern. Every staff member was always nice and helpful. The convenience of the restaurant, cafe, etc. was important - also, what a beautiful park to walk through. Very enjoyable and myself and my daughters felt at home. again, thank you!!!
