DECONSEIL EN PERIODE DE CHALEUR LYONNAISE

La lumière de notre chambre ne fonctionnait pas, nous avons du demander à changer de chambre. Une chambre nous a été proposé à l'étage en dessous, il faisait 25 degrés et la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Impossible de dormir. Heureusement, nous avons pris le petit déjeuner le matin et celui ci était super ! Une belle découverte, rien à dire tout était parfait sur cette partie.

L’accueil est vraiment à revoir. On nous a fait payer une deuxième place de parking alors que normalement cela était prévu dans notre réservation car 2 chambres communiquantes. La restauration est toujours aussi moyenne comme celui de Rome. Bref…Mama Shelter c’est fini. Dommage car il y a possibilité de faire qqchose mais les personnes ne sont pas impliquées et le service commercial est zéro !

Deux reproches : - Les oreillers sont tellement mous que nous apportons nos propres oreillers. - la température de l’eau varie lorsque l’on prend une douche (passant de brûlant à glacé). Deux avantages : Le personnel est très agréable et toujours prêt à rendre service. L’emplacement est pour nous très pratique.
