The property is clean, rooms are spacious, it was very quiet even though you are right by the station, everyone at the front desk is very helpful and the breakfast was fantastic! I appreciate that they had eggs and potatoes just healthier options for breakfast! I walked from there to the old town and thought it was an easy walk but I am sure there is public transportation near by. It was very nice to be right by the station for my early train. I would stay here again for sure!

The location is unbeatable, i had a late night car return and an early train to catch, the location of the hotel allowed me to waste no time getting settled in quickly. Their breakfast was ready by 5:30, so I was able to eat before get to the station, which was really nice

Breakfast is good and plentiful with a nice variety. The rooms (at least ours) need significant maintenance, the carpets were in terrible shape, the plumbing had issues, i.e. the drain in the shower wasn't working right which prevented us from taking complete showers as the pan was overflowing. The hotel is well located and a good value, but don't expect much.

Very friendly staff. Someone is always on duty at the front desk. Safe and clean environment. Housekeeping made the bed daily despite their advertised policy they only come when requested. Air conditioned rooms. Cold water dispenser in lobby (still and sparkling water). Very conveniently located to public transportation (train, cable car, metro and bus). Room service is available from the restaurant in the adjacent building. Short distance from all that Lyon has to offer.
