Beautiful hotel with theme arcade games. Very nice. Enough free parking spaces. Clean room and enough space. The breakfast was in Novotel, with more choice than normal in Ibis Styles, but the service was a disaster. Many staff members, but like running chickens. They put egg in the microwave (it’s not fresh), you need to wait almost 10 min before it’s ready, and then it’s still cold. Also 2x need to wait 5mins for croissants, and also for fruit. Normally I spend about 45min max at the breakfast, but now it was 1u20(!) because of the very slow service. With more than 700kms to drive that day it wasn’t a nice surprise. The staff where very friendly, that was more than ok.

Room temp was set to 24 degrees and the air con didn’t work, the staff said it was because it was 18 degrees outside the week before but in what world does that make a comfortable sleeping temp 24? And surely I should be able to change it. Eventually got a fan from a very helpful night shift worker

Waren schon das 2. Mal da. Super gelegen auf der Durchreise nach Spanien. Schöne Zimmer, sauber und trotz Lage im Gewerbegebiet leise in den Zimmern. Viele Parkplätze auch mit Anhänger möglich. Kommen gerne wieder.

Gezinsvriendelijk personeel die wij daar troffen was erg vriendelijk. Enige punt van aandacht is het ontbijt. Brood was veel te hard en droog en de smeersels waren niet lekker. De choco pasta en Jam hadden een rare smaak.

Het hotel is op-zich goed voor een nachtje. De kamers zijn oké. Er waren voorzieningen in de lobby voor de kids, zoals een ping pong tafel, tafelvoetbal, tv’s met tekenfilms en een leeshoekje. Er was alleen onduidelijkheid waar de eetzaal was voor klanten van ibis. Aangezien novotel en ibis in één gebouw zitten. Personeel spreekt slecht Engels, vandaar ook de onduidelijkheid. Het ontbijt was ronduit slecht. Een volgende keer zou ik hier niet meer heen gaan.

Sehr freundliches Personal und sehr saubere Zimmer. Großartiges Angebot an Unterhaltung für die Kinder (Tischtennis, Pool, Interaktiver Spieltisch, Leseecken, Kinderfernsehen, Kickertisch, Spielplatz) und hervorragende Bar im Eingangsbereich. Da die Klimaanlage an unserem Anreisetag ausgefallen war, wurde uns sofort eine Alternativmöglichkeit (Geld zurück und Check-In in einem der umliegenden Hotels) sowie Preisnachlass bei der Entscheidung, trotz ausgefallener AC zu bleiben, angeboten. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend an der Auswahl. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier einchecken! Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Hat alles geklappt, Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir konnten unser Zimmer sogar schon vor dem offiz. CheckIn beziehen. Frühstück ist ok, hat von allem etwas. Einziger negativer Punkt; leider konnte uns das Personal zu örtlichen Fragen, wie z.B. Bus/Tram Verbindungen, Ticketkauf oder öhnliches nach Lyon keine Auskunft geben. Sonst war aber alles gut.
