Good for the price

For the price this place is worth it. It’s a little far from the city but easy access to metro. At night the walk might be difficult for some people. ‘Cabrio’ room has a very small bathroom with toilet, sink, and shower. No shower mat, bath towels are very small, difficult to dry them.

Terrible experience

Stay was terrible. No soap in the bathroom, no extra towels and the bed was uncomfortable. Staff was rude and very uncooperative, the room is very small and it falls way below the standard expectation of even a 1 star hotel.

The hotel is ok for the price paid, and also considering it is not in the center of Lyon. I report a bad experience with one person at the reception, as this person was stubborn to just speak French. No effort to speak in English. If the issue was that the person doesn't speak English, maybe the reception is not the best place to be working.

Lors de la réservation, j’avais pris une chambre tandem pour 2 personnes avec 2 lits En rentrant dans cette chambre je ne vois qu’un lit de taille moyenne Le réceptionniste m’a confirmé que c’était le type de chambre que j’avais sélectionné En fait le descriptif est totalement erroné Il faut revoir tout ça car je pensais qu’on avait la salle de bain dans la chambre comme sur la photo alors que non, pas de serviettes aussi (supplément de 3€ pas indiqué sur le site) Le petit dej est franchement pas extra (brioche, morceau de baguette, confiture et jus d’orange en brique premier prix…), pour 5€, non ça les vaux pas
