Great setup for family. Really liked decor and layout of hotel. Nice amenity to have sink in room and water flat and bubbly to put in glass bottles to take to room. Very clean and convenient.

I loved how they kept many of the buildings original features with a modern flare. The high ceilings are amazing! Very clean and staff were very friendly. Easy walk to the tram that brings you up to the Basilica.

Beautiful building! Interesting rooms. Fantastic theming. Modern bathrooms, lots of space, and the staff is so friendly and helpful! I was there once this year and am coming back soon because it was just so lovely I don’t want to try another place.

We loved the location and that staff. Our only wish was for a fan or more ventilation in the 1st floor Traboule room we stayed in. Otherwise, how cool to stay in a Traboule! So much history here.

Vacation within a vacation.

We were there just one night as an overnight trip from our stay in Paris. The hotel was close to a lot of restaurants and things to do. The staff was super friendly and the hotel had a lot of unique character. I would stay there again for sure.

This place is located right at the entrance to the old town. So many places to eat and shop right outside the door. Beautiful building and rooms. Would stay again. The staff was wonderful.

Room wasn’t ready, as 3rd person bed wasn’t made. They forgot to contact parking so we got stuck in car elevator for 20min. Elevator doors being opened manually. They had issue with bad batch coffee in the morning breakfast. Even with do not disturb sign, they enter the room. Checking out I asked to see manager, since there wasn’t any. Asked to be called. No one called. Sent an email using hotel.com it’s been 5 days still nothing. I don’t recommend.

This is not a four-star hotel. There were no amenities in the room, you had to go downstairs and get them for yourself. There was no refrigerator in the room. There was no closet in the room. I was not able to adjust the heat in the room. The beds, while comfortable, had only a heavy comforter on them. Thus it was either too hot to sleep with a comforter on or cold without the comforter. The overhead shower barely dripped water out. Well, most of the front staff was pleasant. One person was particularly rude, I asked for my room key, giving him my name and number of the room, and he kept on asking me what my name was and this is after he gave me the key. The room with the shower in it had a very strong musty smell to it.
