I booked a twin room for one night and while the room itself was a bit tired and a lamp had no bulb, I felt it was cleaned well, and a air conditioner worked very very well it was a warm night so thanks for that! I had a 2pm train next day so the checkout time 12pm was a treat, overall it served my purpose perfectly, thanks a lot for this.

My second stay during this trip in Lyon, I had a double room and the room was very well cleaned like the previous night but an air conditioner seemed broken ( I didn’t need it after all though ) and the room was close to a lift so was noisier than before. Some of front staff speak good English so it was easy to communicate. The shower is with bathtub and plenty of hot water but no amenities so bring your own shampoo if you need it.

Run-down hotel

Very old hotel. It needs major renovation. The only positive aspect was the firm mattress. The so called AC emitted warm air even after proper setting was done. Creeping lighting in the hallway.

Best house in Carthage.

The house is beautiful and roomy. Steps away from shops and cafes. An exclusive and safe area . Ensuite bedrooms are beautiful. Living area cosy and terrace just a dream . I would stay again.

We stayed at this hotel before an early 6am flight. It was convenient to drop our rental car off the night before the flight and get the hotel shuttle in the morning. The hotel rooms were very clean, however in quite a bit of disrepair. If you want somewhere budget-friendly, convenient, and clean, this could be a good option. The atmosphere of things needing to be updated though left something to be desired. Staff were very nice.

Stayed here at short notice due to proximity to the airport. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. Room very small and very tired. Mould growing in the toilet and bathroom, bathroom door unable to close and room door unable to lock. I was glad I was there for only 10 hours.

Staff is great but room is in dire need of renovations. Lots of large stains on hallway carpet, hallways look like a prison. Bathroom looks like a scene from Chernobyl with brown water stains on toilet and swollen/delaminated vanity/woodwork. Faucet sprays water outside of the sink. Bathroom should be completely be redone at this point.

Old, worn down, cracked tiles and panels in bath, below average breakfast, not particularly clean, broken chair in room, one outlet broken. But... great service and polite staff, pretty good lunch, worked really well with shuttles to airport.

I found the staff pleasant and helpful with their service. The carpets in the stairways were filthy and worn out. The room was clean which I appreciated. The bath tub was too high to get in and out of safely without slipping or falling. The building has not been maintained as though it is going to close soon. I appreciated it was close to the airport and the driver was very nice. I thought with a hotel so close to the airport that the facility and experience would be more positive.

My husband was staying at the hotel 6 days and his mobile was lost in transit to the hotel. Unfortunately the hotel rooms do not have a telephone. Each time I try to contact my husband they have to go up to the room to let him know that I am calling him. Today the receptionist Florian, answered the telephone informed me that my husband just went up to the room to sleep. I asked him kindly to let him know that there is an emergency and to see if he could come to the phone. In less than 2 minutes Florian responded by telling me that my husband did not respond. He could not have taken the elevator to the second floor, walked the hallway, knocked on the door and took the elevator back down to the reception to let me know in 2 minutes that my husband did not respond to the door knocking. The same front desk receptionist informed me yesterday that my husband checked out the hotel which was wrong information! Another time also the same person told me that my husband was not at the hotel when he was in his room. I have never seen a hotel so small with lines busy all the time, when not busy the answering machine comes on and then cuts off and with front desk staff giving the wrong information! I can assure you that we will never book at this hotel again although we are frequent visitors. We will book across the street or other airport hotels pay more and receive much better service!
