We only stayed here for one night in a suite, but the room was very nice and included a kitchenette complete with washing machine. I would stay here again and hopefully see more of the city and surrounding area. Staff was very helpful and spoke sone English.

If you lower your expectations you will be fine. This is serviceable living, but no frills — no character, not a single picture on any wall, limited and generic furniture, no headboard, basically a box. Hallways like a dormitory.

Not exactly the best as property was full for the night that we were there. Given a room that was same level as the reception and had a stale/ musty smell. Error on our part also as we fail to notice that room was not air conditioned and was only equipped with a desk fan. Food rubbish under the sink from previous stay was not cleared.

Not as pictured. Quite run down and dirty, No air conditioning and only one electric fan for a one bedroom suite. Very hot. After contacting hotels.com to try and cancel our stay (conditions were so poor), the hotel offered another room with air conditioning for 30 euros per night. Funny they did not offer that directly to us when we gave feedback to the desk. The upgraded room was much better. But overall, would not recommend as whole property quite dirty and run down compared to the photos online - not as it appears. Would not stay again.

Ma chambre Ă©tait littĂ©ralement Ă  cĂŽtĂ© des ascenseurs. J’entendais tout le systĂšme qui faisait fonctionner les ascenseurs (peu importe si c’était pour mon Ă©tage ou non). Ils ne pouvaient pas vraiment me changer de chambre non plus, car toutes les chambres du mĂȘme type que la mienne Ă©taient situĂ©es au mĂȘme endroit Ă  chaque Ă©tage. J’ai donc trĂšs mal dormi pendant tout mon sĂ©jour. Quand j’ai rĂ©servĂ© ma chambre, il y avait une photo avec une laveuse Ă  linge dans la chambre, mais il n’y en avait pas dans la chambre. Au check-out, l’employĂ©e voulait me faire repayer les frais de sĂ©jour ainsi qu’un petit-dĂ©jeuner de trop. Elle ne voyait pas dans leur systĂšme que j’avais dĂ©jĂ  payĂ© les frais de sĂ©jour (une chance que j’avais garder mon ticket qu’elle a photographiĂ©) et que j’avais un petit-dĂ©jeuner de gratuit. Les installations sont bien, malgrĂ© que 3 calorifĂšres sur 4 ne fonctionnaient pas. Donc, il faisait assez froid dans la chambre en janvier. La position gĂ©ographique est trĂšs pratique, Ă  environ 1 km de la gare Lyon Part Dieu.
