Room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful, location right by Gare Parrache is very useful. View over the square and of Basilique Notre-Dame on Fourviùre were very nice. Room rates are fair. However, one of two lights in the bathroom was not working and was not fixed over the remaining 7 nights of our stay, so it was a bit dark. The shower area was also very cramped even by European standards. Finally, while not expecting free amenities at the 3-star level, note that a shaving kit (disposable razor, tube of shaving cream) is 6€ extra.
