Excellent séjour. Appat hÎtel trÚs propre, au calme, bien situé dans Lyon, chambre spacieuse et confortable, bonne literie, grands placards, parking sécurisé. Nous y retournerons lors de notre prochain séjour à Lyon.

ForcĂ©ment déçue Ă  cause du WiFi inexistant tout le weekend et les messieurs de la rĂ©ception ne nous ont pas bien renseignĂ© sur le lieu du petit dĂ©jeuner et le code WiFi ainsi que le code pour quitter le parking (bien qu'aimables malgrĂ© tout), et comme le tĂ©lĂ©phone de chambre ne fonctionnait pas j'ai dĂ» descendre 2 fois pour avoir mes rĂ©ponses, et m'apercevoir devant la porte de parking, qu'il fallait un code...donc la communication pourrait et devrait ĂȘtre bien plus efficace !

La 1Úre nuit était bien . La seconde nuit au retour était bien aussi sauf que les toilettes n'avaient pas été nettoyées et un peu cassées . Nous avons averti la réception .

Séjour gùché par une personne.

La jeune femme chargĂ©e du petit dĂ©jeuner nous a refusĂ© le petit dĂ©jeuner que nous avions payĂ© sous prĂ©texte que nous Ă©tions venus le chercher aprĂšs l heure (ce qui n’était pas vrai) et surtout en nous disant qu il n y avait plus rien, le comble pour quelque chose que nous avons rĂ©glĂ©, donc qui a profitĂ© de deux petits dĂ©jeuner non donnĂ©. Pas d’internet comme prĂ©vu et aucune solution de proposer. Je pense que nous ne reviendrons pas chez vous malgrĂ© le reste qui Ă©tait bien.

à améliorer d'urgence

plusieurs sĂ©jours dans cet Ă©tablissement; le concierge n'est pas sur place tout le temps, et lorsqu'il n'est pas lĂ  nous devons rĂ©cupĂ©rer notre clef dans un coffre (mdp envoyĂ© par mail)... le hic, c'est que lorsqu'on a un problĂšme, les numĂ©ros d'urgence ne rĂ©pondent pas... plusieurs chambres n'ont pas de rideaux aux fenĂȘtres, et la rue est trĂšs lumineuse... entre l'Ă©clairage public et les enseignes lumineuses... impossible de dormir, ou alors en coinçant un drap dans la fenĂȘtre, ce qui oblige Ă  dormir fenĂȘtre fermĂ©e... sachant qu'il n'y a pas de clim l’hotel est apparemment en cours de rĂ©novation, mais ce serait bien de le prĂ©ciser sur le site hotel.com si vous voulez dormir sans lumiĂšre : Ă©vitez les chambres 107 et 207... et il doit y en avoir d'autres j'avais prĂ©cisĂ© dans ma rĂ©servation que je voulais une chambre avec rideau occultant et surtout pas la 107, et ils m'ont donnĂ© la 207 qui a la mĂȘme problĂ©matique...

Accueil ok par contre contrairement à ce qui est annoncé pas de ménage durant le sejour. Travaux dans la rue chantier qui démarre à 6h30. Odeur fort désagréable dans la salle de bain. Lampe à disposition mais pas de prise pour les brancher.

Cozy and quiet area

Very cozy. little old interior but still it's comfort to stay. Kitchen wares are exist but a bit old either. The service are depends on who serves. I liked the breakfast is included . It is suitable for a bussiness trip. The town is quiet and isolated from the main street but that's what i liked. I got a good price in this website, but in offline it's more costly.
