Close to the train station, but not close to much else (walking distance). The room seemed old and in need of a renovation, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Hotel Is in very bad condition. Damaged rooms, water leakage, loud noise, Mold in carpet. What not! It’s a nightmare. We were offered another rooms when complained, but they are not better as well.

This property was unacceptable. I have been waiting since Monday for a response regarding this dirty, dark, problematic property. The staff told us 1/2 out of air-conditioning systems worked in our 2-bedroom apartment, when in reality, the A/C didn't work in the entire building. Then, another employee said, actually no A/C at all. Ceiling tiles falling out, non-functioning shower fixture. I will never use Expediat again until this situation is rectified and I am refunded for both rooms.

The worst hotel we have ever been to. Before our trip, we emailed the reception twice but they never responded. The parking behind the hotel is shady and so narrow that it is very hard to navigate with a medium size car (and I it does not seem like a large car would even fit). The reception area looks nice, but our actual floor was just disgusting. Torn and ratty carpets, water dripping from the ceiling in multiple places, everything stained and attrited. The rooms were battered and time-worn beyond anything we have every seen in any other hotel. The pictures on the website must be from decades ago, they do not reflect the actual state of our floor and our room at all. We felt disgusted and we can only recommend you to stay away from this place.

This is a really dirty and very poorly maintained hotel. Worst hotel I ever seen in my life. The lobby and the restaurant look nice, front desk agents are really kind and helpful but when you walk upstairs to reach your room, there are molds everywhere ( on the ceilings, in the hallways, in the bath…), ceiling is about to fall, the rug is really dirty and broken in several places in the hallways. I visited two other rooms to try to find something better but they were all the same… There is dust and molds everywhere in this hotel. During our stay, we heard so many clients complaining about the housekeeping and the poor condition of their room… most were reporting unclean rooms and housekeeping not done before their arrival. This hotel should definitely close to be renovated

Le personnel a été très accueillant et chaleureux tout au long de mon séjour, ce qui est un vrai point positif. Malheureusement, l’état général de l’établissement laisse à désirer et aurait besoin d’une sérieuse rénovation. La chambre, bien que fonctionnelle, présentait de nombreux signes de vétusté : carrelage manquant dans la salle de bain, joints jaunis, sol abîmé, plinthes et portes très endommagées. Le boîtier de thermostat était totalement hors service, ce qui n’a pas facilité la gestion de la température dans la chambre. Dans les parties communes, le constat est similaire : dalles manquantes au plafond dans les couloirs, moquette tachée, peinture éraflée… Cela donne une impression générale de négligence. Dommage, car avec un bon rafraîchissement, cet hôtel pourrait vraiment gagner en confort et en qualité. En l’état, je ne le recommanderais pas pour un séjour agréable, malgré la gentillesse du personnel.

Hôtel bien situé mais en rénovation

La résidence est très bien située, proche de la gare, et de la ligne de métro D avec un Auchan juste à côté. L'équipe est au top, courtoise, accessible, réactive aux demandes de leurs clients. Le hall de l'hôtel a été entièrement rénové et est très joli. En revanche, les étages sont très vétustes et nécessiteraient une très grosse rénovation. Le propriétaire de l'hôtel attend les accords nécessaires pour effectuer les rénovations des chambres et étages.

Chambre 306 : bien agencée pour 4 personnes. Tout était propre. Nous avons apprécié car c'est ce qu'il nous fallait. Des lits, une bonne salle de bain. Assez de rangements. Juste petit bémol dans la salle de bain: mettez p.e un petit rideau car autrement, sa peut devenir vite une piscine. xD Autrement sa s'est très bien passé pour nous! Un petit coup de renouveau serait pas mal mais après pour dormir et passer quelques jours, c'était parfait pour nous. L'accueil était super! Personnel très accueillant et souriant. Nous avons été surpris mais dans le bon sens! Merci encore pour cet accueil chaleureux !

La chambre était confortable et correctement équipée (demande d’une chaise supplémentaire à l’accueil pour manger à 3 autour de la table). L’état général de l’immeuble demanderait plus de soins, surtout dans les couloirs où la moquette est dans un triste état et où le dalles de faux-plafond ne sont pas remises en place (ou pas remplacées) après intervention technique. Le hall ainsi que la salle de repas sont quand à eux très propre et le personnel est très aimable et très accueillant
