Absolutely gross. Room smelled like wet dog and mold; no blankets on bed; no breakfast as advertised. It had “pay by the hour no tell motel” vibes. Doors didn’t shut properly.

I was bitten by something at this motel I left ,the stay was for 7 days on about the 4day I was bitten on my legs , i showered and continued on because I was there due illness of family, the next day I woke up to bites on my neck, I had staff take a picture and went to front desk immediately and ask what should I do ? He said leave I did and called Expedia and they offered me a refund for 5 days,

Nice attendant backed that out for me ( Never using 3rd party reservation system again—second time same problem) Door key cards constantly needed resetting Tv never fixed during 2 night stay Freezer box filthy Something slug on walls and ceiling never cleaned No cups of any kind in room Room smoke alarm outdated past service life Bathroom Fan not working Light not working (very dim light) Towel racks broken/ collapsing Conditioner but no shampoo Nice service staff but place was a wreck.

The proprietors clearly only care about one thing: saving themselves money. They do not care at all about the customers' experience at all. Example: the rooms are equipped with small coffee makers, however the hotel DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY COFFEE PACKETS TO BE USED IN THEM - How ridiculous is that??!!! Why? Because the coffee packets would cost them some MONEY. The hallway floors are absolutely filthy; had not been vacuumed in a long time and had not been cleaned probably ever. Breakfast was a total starch-fest except for a few hard-boiled eggs. Ironically, the cleaning staff is quite good. However, their hands have clearly been tied by the stingy owners. You can only do so much on a shoe-string budget.

I had a really bad experience starting at checkout, however I will say that the staff is very friendly and only tried their best. That said, moved rooms due to the first rooms condition and toilet issues. Second room wasn’t very clean as well, the second bed was broken. We didn’t have any towels too. I went to the local Walmart bought sheets, a blanket and towels for our stay and roughed it out. The cherry, I was awaken at 8 AM by Staff attempting to enter the room?? Why?? Don’t worry I asked and they said, “we thought you checked out .” I packed up and left soon after.

Took a while for anyone to show at the front desk in the afternoon. Checked in and went to my room. The bottom of the bathtub was completely covered with 1 inch hair where somebody was given a hair cut. There was an empty condom wrapper on the floor next to the bed. Only one towel left in the bathroom. The tv did not work. The coffee maker was missing the basket and the pot. Etc, etc,etc....

Elevator was broken, lobby restroom was out of order, room was filthy, carpet hadn't been vacuumed, stains on sheets, hairs in the bed along with other dirt that i have no idea what it was, fridge was frozen over and had a container of leftover food still in it. I think all they did was make the beds, didn't change bedding. So gross. I threw the key cards to the desk clerk and walked out. Horrible!!!

A terrible place to stay

Dirty broken sink lights didn’t work elevator broken dirty coffee pot with mold in it musty stinky room long black hair in the bathroom trash was never emptied in the room asked for room service never got it breakfast the refrigerator. Everything was frozen yogurt butter milk was frozen dirty kitchen.

I was visiting grandchildren. The room was adequate at best. The room was clean but very dated. The key cards didn’t work properly. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating which made the stay a pleasant one

Kayla checked us in, she was very nice. However, the elevator was out the whole stay. Our TV was prompt up on the desk and didn't have a proper remote. There was no smoke detector, no cover on the vent in the bathroom. The flooring had a sinkhole that I almost tripped over. I came for my daughter's graduation. The free breakfast ended by 9am. The location was great. But for the price I had to pay, I don't think I should of had any issues

Our adult sons traveled with us and were very satisfied with their room. After a rocky beginning, we were assigned to a room with firm mattress and was clean, and well appointed. One particular front desk member was exceptionally kind, personable and went out of her way to make our four day stay comfortable as I am handicapped. The dining area was always clean, fruit fresh and waffle batter prepared each morning.

THEY HAVE ANTS BAD THE OWNERS ARE VERY RUDE AND GETS SMART WITH THE CUSTOMERS AND THEN THEY ASK U WHY DID U GET ANOTHER ROOM FOR THE CARPET ARE DIRTY BURNED HOLES IN THEY SHEETS AND COVERS BLOOD STAINS ON THE BED UNDER THE BLANKETS THE FITTED SHEETS HAD BROWN PEE STAINS THE BEDA IT WAS THE WORSE HOTEL I EVER STAYED IN WILL NOT BE STAYING THERE EVER AGAIN NEED NEW OWNERS IN THELINN

When we entered our room it had a musty smell. The TV did not work because there was no direct tv box. Front desk said they had to wait for another room to check out so they could swap it out. We left for dinner and when we came back we noticed they had not installed it. I went to front desk and they handed me the box so I could install it myself. I was unable due to missing cables. At this point I noticed the door would not latch and the frame around the door was coming apart. I went to front desk so we could change out rooms. Again this other room also smelled musty. Doors on the side of the hotel don't close posing a security threat. The elevators was not working and the stairwells were filthy some stairs even covered with vomit. Management was indifferent to our concerns. Worst experience ever. We even spoke with two other couples that were checking out at the same time and they had just as bad of an experience.

We stayed here because of the close proximity to the Liberty ice center and football stadium. It could be a decent place if some renovations were put into it. Our room had a bulge in the floor where there was water damage. It reaked of mildew and mold. The wall had stains all over it too.

Super 8 Lynchburg is right across the street next to Liberty University. Super 8 ought to thank it's lucky starts that it gets to price gouge, overcharge and take advantage of opportunities, people visiting Liberty University because otherwise this location is dirty, run down, and apart from it's location and proximity to the university - a total piece of crap!

Not the best.

The staff was friendly. The beds were comfortable. That’s the good news. Not a great stay. Elevator wasn’t working. The closet they had for us was blocked by the fridge and microwave so were unable to use it. The bedspread was as thin as the sheets. Asked for blankets and they both had holes in them. Brought in our own. Has to ask for everything. Towels, soap, toilet paper. Found 2 cockroaches during our 4 day stay. Very dated and rundown. Dealt with our own trash.
