This hotel was the perfect choice for a visit with my daughter! This hotel is in close proximity to shopping, downtown, and dining! The best part provided by the Marriott was their staff! The young lady who greeted us as we arrived on Friday evening was absolutely splendid and the best representative of personal care and customer service! Thank you, thank you!

Front desk was wonderful. The king bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was nice and clean. Was disappointed that the hotel did not have continental breakfast. At least they provided coffee. This was our first time at The Marriott. I’ll go back to the Microtel! The only reason we tried Marriott is because Microtel didn’t have any rooms available. Too expensive not to have at least a bagel. Oh well, we survived.

The room was clean and we enjoyed a quiet night sleep. I stayed here 2 years prior and feel that the services provided didn't reach the level they had previously. Overall, I will stay here again when I return to Lynchburg in the future.
