Absolutely amazing. I was a bit skeptical about the size for a family of four, but it was very comfortable and had the most amenities of the six different places we stayed around Scotland. The host greeted us and had fresh milk and treats for us. The outdoor space is excellent for kids to play outside or adults to hang out by the fire pit or picnic tables. I would love to go back.

Our first time glamping and it was an amazing place to stay. The pod was well equipped and such a snug and comfortable place to stay. Only disappointed was that we only booked the one night. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Great place to stay in Lybster. Hut was fitted out with everything you need and was clean and tidy. There was no WIFI on site but got by hotspotting on phone.

Excellent place to stay. Pods are gorgeous, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Attention to detail is 2nd to none. Maggie the owner is very helpful and has thought of everything you could possibly need.

A real nice Pod with everything you need. It is a nice base to explore the scottish north coast. You can easy walk to the town and buy some food or have dinner… near (you can walk from the Pod) are to nice walks Swiney Hill and Sheligoe…Maggie the owner is very friendly and have slot of information for your stay!

This place is all we wish to have when Glamping in our country. (Washington, USA) We had a great time, the hut/cabin was very quiet, beautiful and very clean. It had a patio where we could catch the sunset and/or sunrise while enjoying some whiskey and the woodfire. Maggie the owner/manager was very attentive and helpful. We wished we could stay longer, definitely coming back!

Exquisite hospitality under stunning Caithness sky

These glamping pods were more exquisitely kitted out than any high end hotel we have stayed in for years. My colleague and I had a pod each and they both provided exceptional levels of comfort, beautiful decor, and thoughtful touches throughout. We felt as though we were the first people to stay, such was the pristine condition of each pod, and were astonished to discover that this was their fifth season. Maggie was a generous, considerate, and appropriately attentive host. We truly cannot speak highly enough of this place.

GREAT MOMENT IN THERE

It is amazing to spend 3 nights in the Pods of North Star Glamping Lybster with my husband and our two children. We visited Scotland during 2 weeks and how was a great moment to sleep there, in Lybster. Maggie who is an owner, is very kind with us. She has thought of everything and taken care of us. We wanted to stay longer but it was not possible. I recommended Pods of North Star Glamping to everyone. The Pods are very clean and beautiful. Thank you Maggie for your welcoming.

Absolutely blown away with how well equipped and clean this pod was. I had a lovely time staying here, and would highly recommend. Maggie was a lovely host and made me feel very welcome.
