軟硬體皆不佳

硬體方面實在不理想，外觀牆壁磁磚已經剝落，內部溫泉池也無開放（據說年底會整修好！）！或許夏天熱氣球期間才是主力營運時間！相對軟硬體服務屆時會比較理想！

舒適的旅遊

從外觀上可以感受到它的歷史，所以也不會太去要求內部的裝潢會有多豪華，整體住起來還算是舒適！

鹿野高台最佳飯店去處

住宿部分感覺稍嫌老舊浴室倒是翻新不錯只是水壓太小我覺得住宿不管是室內或是外表真的要整理一下不然只靠熱心的服務人員我覺得很難長久服務人員真的幽默又熱心如果住宿有80分有60分都是服務人員貢獻的吧

選擇的套房不是我們要的風格~所有風格都好~就偏偏不喜歡那間~就被分配到那一間~~ 超級無敵傻眼!!一進去整個感覺不舒服啦~又是邊邊最後一間~~只好認賠住比較不優的房間! 設施設備有待加強~~~隔音不太好!一大早上外面很吵雜!!!會瘋掉~~~

台東地区の移動に便利

台東市内と関山、池上を結ぶバス停の隣にあり、台鉄鹿野駅へもバスで5分程度で行ける。但し一時間に一本程度で旅行スケジュールは時刻表を確認する必要がある。付近の商店や飲食店は日中しか開いてないので、夜は台東市内か鹿野駅前で済ますか、ホテルのロビー脇の西洋風バーで飲食する事になる。従業員は大抵地元の人（バーの主人はドイツ人）の事で大変フレンドリー、ロビー前の庭園や客室の掃除は行き届いていたが、シャワーのお湯が出にくかった。
