軟硬體皆不佳

硬體方面實在不理想，外觀牆壁磁磚已經剝落，內部溫泉池也無開放（據說年底會整修好！）！或許夏天熱氣球期間才是主力營運時間！相對軟硬體服務屆時會比較理想！

從外觀上可以感受到它的歷史，所以也不會太去要求內部的裝潢會有多豪華，整體住起來還算是舒適！

住宿部分感覺稍嫌老舊 浴室倒是翻新不錯 只是水壓太小 我覺得住宿不管是室內或是外表真的要整理一下 不然只靠熱心的服務人員 我覺得很難長久 服務人員真的幽默又熱心 如果住宿有80分 有60分都是服務人員貢獻的吧
