Staff friendly, helpful and welcoming. Hotel and rooms kept immaculately clean. Excellent food choices and quality of food. Pool and gardens kept in lovely condition, and the views of the Nile, Valley of The Kings and sunsets are fabulous. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else, and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

This is one of the finer hotels I have stayed in. The room has everything I needed. Breakfast was buffet style, with a wide assortment of foods and was excellent. There were also good dinner options available. The staff was professional, helpful, and courteous. The hotel is right on the Nile River and has a spacious swimming pool. I highly recommend the Steigenberger Nile Palace.

Great staff! So helpful and kind!

Very good location and wonderful staff. They were very nice and upgraded our room during our stay. We had a late flight and they let us have late check out which was kind and helpful. So many restaurants to choose from and we loved that you could rent a boat to cruise down the Nile during sunset. Would stay again!

Truly outstanding staff at this hotel. Great variety of restaurants on site and the river jetty on site is extremely convenient for hiring boats for a cruise or to cross the river to the West bank. We arrived early on a flight to Cairo and left on a later flight and the staff was extremely helpful in accommodating an early checkin and late checkout. Transportation and guides are very easy to obtain both with the help of the hotel and without. The rooms and pool area are spotless and the location on the Nile is superb.

I highly recommend this property. We were originally booked at an alternative property in Cairo, but we quickly left and looked for an alternative. The Steigenberger was incredible. Honestly, it saved our trip and the second we walked into our room, we breathed a sigh of relief. This property was clean, modern, and just fantastic. As a solo traveler, this hotel was my safe haven. The Nile view room was worth every penny. Incredible view, big room, very clean and comfortable. The hotel is very well kept and up-to-date. Welcoming service, easy and efficient check in. The food was fantastic with great selection. The only small recommendation I have is I wish they provided more complimentary bottled water, although that is very minor. Overall highly recommend this hotel while in Luxor.

this is a beautiful sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of Luxor city. Facilities are wonderful modern and clean, But better than the Hotel itself are wonderful staff who are kind and caring and so eager to ensure that your stay is excellent
