A bit spooky hotel

overall feeling about the hotel itself not very good, because it's very old, the mattress is already broken, I ask for a quiet room to avoid noise from Mosque, but then the room is located very far end of the corridor, and it seems like I am the only guest of that night, the whole hotel lighting is very dark, so I would say is a unpleasant stay. However, the service of the hotel is nice.

I enjoyed my stay here. The bed was comfortable and the property is tucked back from the more touristy area, but is also a short walk to the Souk, Luxor Temple, and water taxi. The manager is great too. After Luxor I was off to Aswan and Abu Simbel, with a flight between the two. However, only a few days prior, EgyptAir changed one of my flights by an entire day. The hotel manager was able to help me with getting a refund for my plane ticket and made ground transportation arrangements for me at a good price, even though that part of my trip was outside of Luxor. He made himself available even after I checked out.

Not what you think! Very good price for the location! Very close to train and bus. The first night no towels and soap but I have my own and did not ask because it was 2am. If you come at 2am it looks very scary but its not! Wait and you will see the next day and at night there are lots of people. Its also Luxor so be prepard for horse poop and camel poop everywhere!

First of all, I would like to thank Mr. Carlos. As for the hotel, it is in a central location. Walking distance from GO BUS stop. inside the ÖPEN air market/market. walking distance to luxor. The hotel is not new, the hotel is old. But this did not bother us. We stayed for one night. The night market was open all night and in front of the hotel. There is a mosque nearby, but sometimes it can be noisy during adhan time. It didn't bother us. The staff was very polite and caring. Thank you for everything, by the way we are just two women

Só passámos uma noite, no entanto podemos resumir a experiência por poucas palavras. 1. O WC não está atual, entende-se, a banheira super antiga e com alguns danos 2. Internet não estava a funcionar 3. Janela de madeira que não fecha, deixando entrar todo o ruído do exterior 4. Hotel situado numa área super central, podendo ir a pé para qualquer lado, no entanto zona ruidosa 5. Todos os membros do hotel foram muito solícitos e simpáticos desde o início ao fim 6.
