This studio was clean and quiet in a walkable neighbourhood close to the Haute Ville and the train station. However, the room was extremely warm, and no one seemed to be able to solve the problem. Eventually I was able to open the window wide which helped. In summer, it would be unpleasant without AC. The bed area was quite claustrophobic, squeezed in a small contained space with no air circulation. Staff did bring us an extra fan. The kitchenette was okay for a simple meal. The main plus was location, close to lots of sights.

Parking is complicated because the parking process is hard to understand and the ticket machine too. The parkings nearby closed and people of doubtful manners and a lot of hookers around them.

Warm and comfy

This place is wonderful - a cosy hideaway not far from the city centre. It has everything you could need on arrival, including a Luxembourg guidebook. So comfortable and just right for a rest. I would love to return.

객실은 최고, 출입시스템은 최악

객실은 아주 청결하고 넓고 훌륭했습니다. 다만 객실 및 건물 출입시 와이파이 문제 때문에 앱이 작동하지 않아 3시간 넘게 들어가지 못했습니다. 프런트데스크나 없고 예약시 받은 건물관리인은 너무 불친절해 해당 문제해결에 전혀 도움을 받지 못하고 추운겨울 너무 고생했습니다. 나혼자 여행이어서 결국 휴대폰 유심을 교체하고 나서야 겨우 출입이 가능했습니다.(경찰의 도움) 객실은 흠잡을 곳 없습니다만 이런 말도 안되는 상황이 또 발생할 수 있으므로..다시 숙박할지는 미지수입니다.

Very well organized apartment. Everything is there to use the kitchen optimally (sponge, towel, dishwasher tablet, pepper, salt, ...). The apartment was brand new, so everything was still in perfect condition and clean. We had a very pleasant stay :)

Die Unterkunft ist ganz offensichtlich relativ neu, was man der Ausstattung ansah. Eine praktische Aufteilung mit einer kleinen Küche, sowie notwendigem Zubehör. Der Check-in lief problemlos und wir durften bereits früher rein, da die Wohnung schon fertig war. Rezeption ist zwar nicht vor Ort, aber wir wurden telefonisch top unterstützt. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Parken, aber fußläufig sind kostenlose Parkplätze auch gut erreichbar. Die Innenstadt ist ebenfalls zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Ca. 1 km. Alles in allem, waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Great property, very new, a couple of problems getting in but once in was pleasantly surprised. We had classic room and struggled as bed next to wall so hard to get in and out, would be great if toaster included but these two elements aside had a pleasant stay. Modern, well equipped and comfortable apartment in a nice area - free washing machine and dryer was a great plus for longtime travellers. The only feedback is that the methods to access the doors for the first time could be refined - I'd suggest lock boxes.

Great place!

Great place to stay! Incredibly clean, safe and in a convenient location. The only drawback is the entry process, which resulted in being locked out for 30 mins until we could call the owner and get in, so just be sure to have a reliable phone.
