Not expecting too much for a 3 star hotel you just a clean room to rest but you certainly don't expect a hotel room to have a huge wet patch on the floor from some sort of leak or them trying to clean something up, a curtain missing so could not undress without the risk of exposing to neighbouring room and and considering it should have been a non smoking room to had a very strong odour of smoke that was ingrained in the carpet and beds. Paid for for two nights but woke up early checked out and drove back home, we'll have a laugh about it in time but certainly was not laughing when we arrived. Trying to think of a couple of positives the staff are very friendly and lots of hot water and clean towels.

Great for an overnight stay at Luton before a flight. Very fast check-in to a clean and warm room. A new bathroom, plenty of sockets and tea/coffee area. Great free private parking out back secured by gates. All in all a perfect stay thank you very much, i look forward to staying again on my next visit to Luton.

Hotel bathroom was a little dated but they provided shampoo, shower gel etc. Safe parking and locked gates overnight. Reception staff very friendly and helpful.
