I was bitten by bed bugs! I was really looking forward to my stay here but unfortunately, I was disappointed. On arrival, I requested an iron and they said they would send one to my room, crickets. Second day I made the same request and they said they would, crickets. Third day, I asked them for it now and they told me none was available and they'd reach out to me later, they never did. I requested to have my room cleaned and was told they would only arrange my bedding as they only clean after 6 days. Later on, another staff member told me that was false. Now mind you, I'd been itchy from day 1 and hoped it was not what I thought it was but I later found the bug and by that time, I had numerous visible bites all over my arms and back. I complained immediately and they did give me a new room and let me put my clothes in the dryer, and now I am paranoid, hoping I didn't take one home with me. Horrible experience overall and the only good thing was the food which and proximity to external amenities.

Unsanitary. Dusty Dirty Would rather sleep in the car so after three room changes we left for a different hotel. 1st room stunk of sewage. They moved us to another room which had dust balls on all wood surfaces and the lamp shades had food/liquid stains on them. Carpet was torn and a hazard. Moved once more to another room, however the noise from the lobby and entrance meant we couldn’t sleep. Checked out. Didn’t even ask for a refund they could use the money to fix up at least one room. Gross

Very comfortable bed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Get the breakfast included option. It’s a classic English breakfast buffet with the chef right there to make your eggs just as you like. Room was big (triple). Short walk to the train station.
