Good news - Free parking for guests. Bad news - No restaurant, no bar, some tea and coffee in room, no phone, hairdryer or safe in room. Shower tray cracked, cracks in wall plaster and a tv with a 2 pin plug to insert into a 3 pin socket we thought was dangerous Extremely basic and a lot run down. Stayed before our flight from Luton basic accommodation at a cheap price.

Good parking and very clean property. However music from event hall was very loud until 11pm. Music carried on onto the 2nd floor about 3 am til about 5am. Awful night, none of us could sleep. No one yold us on check in that vreakfast was to be pre booked so imagine our surprise coming to breakfast with a child. Was a cery awful night with minimum sleep due to noise.

Check in was really easy as front desk is staffed. Corridors on the way to the room I did notice quite a few bleach stains on the carpets, but the room itself was clean. Close by places to eat and a bar downstairs. Parking for the night of our stay and also able to leave the car there for the duration of the holiday but paying a small fee which was really convenient.

Was only staying for a quick cheap stop on the way to London for a late check in and early start. Disappointed as the bar closes at 7 and that was one of the factors we decided to stay as we could just pop the bar when checking in for a quick drink before heading to bed for the early start. Price reflected hotel, room and decor but suited what we needed bar the bar being closed which was expected to be open.

Got ripped off from the hotel!

The place is old, but not an issue. But the sheets weren't really clean and found a pubic hairs on my pillow. I slept in my day clothes. The facilities had free parking. I parked and asked reception during check in if that's the right place to park and they advice me yes. After return home from my business trip, I get a parking ticket from the hotel. I provided my receipts and prove I actually stayed there but yet they still insist to charge me with debt collection. Two night stay was 140 pounds. The fine is 170 pounds, and with Eurocar admin charge 45 pounds. After repeated chasing with Eurocar & Hotels.com they still refuse to waive the amount. Want to get ripped off, this is a good place to start.
