Overall a lovely hotel, but spoilt by 2 things. When we arrived the room was cold and even with the heating set at 26 degrees, it kept switching off and at no point did it blow hot air, warm at best. When I spoke to reception they said it will warm through eventually - it did by the following morning!!! Breakfast was lovely, but we struggled to find a clean plate, when I mentioned it to the staff we were told it was marks off the hot plate and she then proceeded to go into the kitchen and make derogatory comments about me! It was a shame because as I say the hotel was generally very good.

Much nicer, cleaner, and more luxurious than the surrounding area would let on. Lovely staff and breakfast was fresh, filling and fairly priced. Some minor quibbles like the lack of a shower caddy and the tiny soap dish being half broken, but nothing that hindered my enjoyment of the spotless room. There was a severe cold snap during my stay, but the personalized air control and bedding kept me nice and toasty.

Room was small with heater behind a thick curtain which is not good. Sockets on the wall were all wonky, tap was very loose had to hold it down when using. Stupid window in bathroom which shines in to bedroom so guarantee to disturb anybody else in the room.Restaurant only serving Pizza and the one I had was very disappointing. Simple marguerita with hardly any cheese on it.

Nice hotel & location, mattresses must be replaced

The staff were lovely, there was a (limited) parking space, and location is close to what we needed. The room was nice and clean, BUT the mattress was sunk at the middle and must be replaced. That quite ruined the quality of our sleep. Breakfast was very good.

A fantastic/quirky hotel with good rooms.

A cracking find in Luton town centre. The hotel is spotless with its quirky but very tasteful decor. The rooms were very comfortable with clean modern decor. The staff were helpful and really friendly. They have a happy hour at the bar between 6 and 7pm, I'm not sure about the other prices but a pint of Amstel is £2. The food is mainly pizza which was freshly baked and very nice. They have two car parks one of which has about eight spaces outside the reception and a much larger one directly facing the hotel. Neither have height restrictions so great for vans. I'd highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Property has a restaurant on-site, so it's very convenient, however it only served one thing the night we stayed - pizza - and while we enjoyed pizza, some of our group didn't like their food, it was just ok.

I stay here quite regularly but my experience on this occasion was not up to the usual standards there appeared to be a lack of staff The room floor was a bit messy there were bits all over the floor I was not able to have fried eggs as I was told that there was a problem with the gas the scrambled eggs were good though Didn’t get a cookie and tea on our second evening Still very lovely and quiet place to stay close to shopping centre

Where’s my towel

All was good. But little disappointing when I called reception for another towel as we were 1 short. After calling twice we finally shared the same towel when getting ready to go out. Towel was finally there when we got back to our room 1am in the morning.

No parking!!

Great breakfast, good quality bed just not enough parking spaces. I parked on the streets and had to wake up at 8am to move the car and pay for another parking. Will never come back as i was annoying by this aspect.

Limited parking, ideal location for Luton airport. Nice touch leaving biscuits and aromatic tea sachet on the pillow at night. Comfortable bed and pillows, plenty of nice toiletries in bathroom. Pleasant staff and we thoroughly enjoyed the pizza and lasagne we had for dinner
