This was one of the most disappointing stays we’ve ever had. The room was very dirty and looked nothing like the photos online, aside from having four walls, a TV, and a bed. The mattress was extremely thin, to the point that you could tell the bed frame was built for a normal one. Comfort was clearly not a priority.
We had reserved a handicap-accessible room, and while it did have a roll-in shower, it was located nearly as far from the parking lot as possible. We arrived at sunset, and I had to use a flashlight to safely find a path for my wife, who sometimes has difficulty walking. When I raised this with the front desk, they seemed sympathetic but told me the only other available unit had sloped paths and stairs with no handrails, making it even less accessible.
To make matters worse, we found a millipede or centipede in the shower in the morning, which was the final straw, so we didn’t even bathe before leaving. The only reason we stayed the night was because the nearest hotel was 50 miles away, and we were in the mountains during fog and rain. We literally felt like we were trapped there.
Definitely would never stay here again and cannot recommend it to anyone, especially those with accessibility needs.
