住宿地點在巷內路邊，晚上蠻安靜的！ 早上9點後才有聽到車聲 有點年紀的房子，但重新裝修後室內環境很棒，廁所的門有點老舊，但不影響使用！

感覺舒適

整體環境還不錯，停車方便，距離清溝夜市走路約10分鐘，唯一缺點應該是隔音較差，隔壁有人上下樓時聽的很清楚。

輸入密碼自由入住，比較無時間限制 按摩椅有點小台，不過很舒服，dyson吹風機超讚，房間雖然偏小，但該有的都有，不過習慣開小燈睡覺的我，閱讀燈卻不會亮😢 停車也很方便，門口可以停一台，附近倉庫可以停兩台，當天剛好沒太多住客，所以有位置，客廳廚房都很方便自由使用，價格便宜，CP值高。

富霉味，多噪音的住宿

前身為八方景精品天墅行館北美館 VILLA 2（隔壁附電梯的VILLA １也已改名為「靜夜市」民宿）的羅東夢行館，外觀新穎，不料一進房門就有一股陳年的霉味，從浴室門檻的油漆就能看出這裡的歷史悠久。由於隔音不佳，臨西安街這側的房間會不時傳來交通噪音，睡到凌晨一兩點，又被熱門電音的低頻砰砰聲吵醒，只好戴上耳塞。

房間內部超級舒適 但其他設備及旅店周圍不令人滿意

房間內非常的舒適也非常乾淨 但不知是否是因民宅為主體的民宿 完全不用入住登記 令我有些擔心 雖然有提供免費停車 但車位有限 還好我住宿當日只有2輛車的客人入住 所以我還有停車空間 基本上是房間內的裝潢與設備都很舒適 但住宿外圍與附近環境可能不是令人那麼滿意 如果沒有以逛羅東鎮為主 只是要好好休息的住客 應該會非常滿意 但如果想要逛羅東鎮 或是在乎住宿附近環境的旅客 我會建議其他地點喔
