“Appartement dans l'hôtel Vitalhotel à Gosau, à 20mn de voiture de Hallstatt. Très propre, décoration moderne avec de petites attentions (petite bouteille de Prosecco, petits gâteaux, dépliants touristiques dans la chambre). Seul point négatif : les buffets sont bien trop chers : 19 euros pour le petit déjeuner, 30 euros pour le dîner, 45 euros pour les deux.”

“The check-in experience was very frustrating. The hotel charged me again for an amount that I had already paid when I made the reservation. I spent a long time trying to explain and resolve the issue at the property, but it was only after I contacted the hotel’s online customer service that the problem was quickly fixed.
This was the first time I have ever experienced being charged twice for a prepaid booking, and it wasted a significant amount of my time.

“Super modern suite, top notch decor and finishing, kitchen was beautifully set up. Quiet location, loved the laundry facility to get caught up.
The view is incredible. A nice, 20 minute walk to the small downtown area. 10 minutes (if that) to the cog train and the ferry port.”
