The place is super clean and the staff are super nice. Check in was easy put parking was little hard maybe due to the festival was going on in Malmo. Rooms were nice and clean and beds were comfortable. Highly recommended.

For reference we are 4 adults ( parents and grandparents) and 2 children (5 and 7). We book fairly last minute. We chose this location for breakfast option, distance from the airport, cleanliness and cost. The room was clean and basic. The only thing that I would note is that the bathroom shower shares the floor with the rest of the bathroom, so after showering water was all over the floor so I would use an extra towel to clean it up. The staff was great with any questions I had about transportation and apps I downloaded for the trams, trains and buses. The restaurant on the top floor was nice and food was good, however due to the sun setting, you may need sunglasses. The breakfast buffet was a great add. Everything is fresh and kept up. There are playgrounds outside the hotel within the neighborhood around that the kids liked. When we first stayed they had a coloring table and train set in the lobby but half way through our stay it was removed and my kids were saddened by that as was I since it was nice to have a cup a coffee and what then play before leaving to explore for the day. Overall it was a great stay for the price.

Great hotel/motel, super service

Stayed for two weeks. New building, therefore nothing worn or torn. all relatively new and pleasant. Good location, short to the tram that takes you downtown in 3 minutes. The service is excellent. Cornelia at the reception did a great job, friendly, helpful and always ready to go the extra mile. The night shift at the reception extremely helpful and professional. The restaurant on the 12th floor very nice, cool view, cold beer and friendly and responsive professional staff. I'm a frequent traveler, gone all over the world, at Motel L I received the best service I have ever received. Thank you Cornelia and all your team, well done!
