It is not the first time that we stayed here. This time though, we went a week before the season "started", so almost everything was closed. It would be great if this kind of thing gets communicated clearly to all guests to avoid disappointment.

Not what we expected from a 5-star Hotel

Hotel room is outdated. When we came, the bed looked like someone just used it. It was wrinkly and dirty which was fixed immediately after we told the reception about it. The resort needs upgrading with its amenities and standards. The condition of the resort now doesnā€™t appear to be as a 5-star Hotel. The beach is full of trash all over its shore. Very disappointing to see that cleaning the main attraction is not in the hotels priority. Parking is confusing, lack of signs and no parking near the hotel. Did not really enjoy our stay due to higher expectations. Not what I think is worth the price.

SKJEGGKRE Pƅ HOTELLROMMET! Vi bestilte hotellrom med frokost for to voksne og to barn, men oppholdet ble en stor skuffelse. Da vi kom inn pĆ„ hotellrommet, fant vi en rekke skjeggkre pĆ„ dynene, i sengene og pĆ„ gulvet. Hotellet var fullbooket, sĆ„ i stedet for et annet hotellrom ble vi flyttet til en campinghytte. Vi fikk beskjed om at hytten hadde hĆøyere standard enn hotellrommet, men det stemte dessverre ikke. Hytten hadde blant annet sprekk i veggen, en nesten knekt sengefot, manglende hodepute, sigarettsneiper pĆ„ badet og mangelfullt renhold. I tillegg mĆ„tte vi re opp sengene selv og vaske hytten fĆør utsjekk. Dette kan etter vĆ„r mening ikke sammenlignes med et hotellopphold. PĆ„ grunn av flyttingen og alt ekstraarbeidet mistet vi store deler av dagen og rakk ikke Ć„ besĆøke badeland slik vi hadde planlagt. Vi observerte ogsĆ„ skjeggkre/sĆølvkre pĆ„ toalettet ved resepsjonen, noe som ga inntrykk av at problemet ikke var begrenset til vĆ„rt hotellrom. Vi betalte for et hotellopphold, men endte opp med et campingopphold av lavere standard og betydelig merarbeid. Da vi klaget, fikk vi ikke tilbud om Ćøkonomisk kompensasjon ā€“ kun 20 % rabatt pĆ„ et fremtidig opphold. Vi deler denne erfaringen for at andre gjester skal vƦre klar over hva vi opplevde. Vi hĆ„per hotellet tar tak i bĆ„de skadedyrproblemet og hĆ„ndteringen av gjester som rammes.

Et rent Ć„ pent hotell,hyggelig personale. Rent og ryddig rom,litt trangt bad,Ć„ en dusjdĆør som ikkje kunne lukkes helt,som resulterte i at det ble mye vann utover gulvet. Et fantastisk spa-anlegg. Hvis det er noe som trekker det hele ned,sĆ„ var det alle barna i alder 8-15 som var tilstedet/utenfor lobby-baren sent pĆ„ kvelden hvor det alle kveldene var mye folk Ć„ masse alkohol i sving. Her skulle hotellpersonalet eller vaktene som var tilstedet bedd barna finne sine foreldre Ć„ forlatt omrĆ„det. Barn i den alderen har absolutt ingenting Ć„ gjĆøre ved lobby-baren nĆ„r alkoholserveringen er startet.. Burde settes inn noen form for tiltak rundt dette..

Bodde pĆ„ hotelldelen av campingplassen. Fint hotellrom med balkong. Vegg-til-vegg-teppe, noe vi ikke er sĆ„ fan av. Vinduene kunne ikke Ć„pnes og vi mĆ„tte ha verandadĆøren oppe sĆ„ lenge vi oppholdt oss pĆ„ rommet pga varm luft og en ubehagelig innestengt lukt i rommet nĆ„r dĆøren var lukket. Rommet var greit rengjort, men med noe stĆøvtrĆ„der og dĆøde insekter i vinduskarmen. Personalet var veldig hyggelig og raske med Ć„ ordne opp da et barn i etg over kastet opp over rekkverket og ned pĆ„ vĆ„r balkong. Frokosten var variert og god, og personalet var hele tiden i arbeid med Ć„ fylle opp buffĆ©en og Ć„ rydde. Fint campingplassomrĆ„de med flere spisesteder, aktiviteter og stor lekeplass. Vi reiste med et barn som bruker rullestol og savnet en mer tilrettelagt lekeplass. F eks kunne det gjerne vƦrt en rund-desse som barnet kunne lagt i og desset, og en enkel lekeplasskarusell som man kan kjĆøre rullestolen opp pĆ„. Det var sand i hele lekeplassomrĆ„det som gjorde det umulig Ć„ trille med rullestolen. Det var skuffende. Ut over det hadde vi et fint opphold.
