Wir waren mit 2 Kindern 3 und 4 Jahre. Die Kinder hatten eine gute Auswahl beim Abendessen. Der Pool bzw. kleines Hallenbad waren Top. Außenanlage war gepflegt und mitten im Wald. Das Frühstück war der Hammer. Die Auswahl war top und mit allem was ging.

Zimmer sind für Kinder um die 2 bis 5 Jahre optimal. Schön, schlicht und keine Einrichtung die durch Kleinkinder einfach zerstört werden kann. Ein schönes Schwimmbad gibt's auch. Das Personal war auch sehr nett, zum Beispiel wurde beim Frühstück direkt gefragt, ob die Kleinen vielleicht auch einen Kakao möchten. Alles sehr sauber. Einziges Manko war der schlechte bis nicht vorhandene W-Lan Empfang im Zimmer (411) - wobei der Rest so gut war, dass man deswegen nicht mit gutem Gewissen einen Stern abziehen kann. Wir hatten ein schönes Wochenende

Hotels.com leitet nur einen Bruchteil (130 v 162 Euro) an das Hotel weiter. Dieses geht dann davon aus eine niedrigere Zimmerkategorie gebucht zu haben. Das Hotelmanagement hat uns liebevollerweise kostenfrei in das auf der Buchung abgebildete Zimmer wechseln lassen, Pool schön warm, groß, schick. Saunalandschaft leer, aber in die Jahre gekommen. Dampfbad geschlossen. 3 Gang Menü am Abend lecker und gutes Ambiente .. sehr sehr freundlicher Service.. selbst danach am Billard Tisch wurden wir unaufdringlich und zuvorkommend versorgt.

Sehr schönes Wellnesshotel in ruhiger Lage. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Angebot des Hotwls hat uns gut gefallen, es war alles sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage am Waldesrand ist angenehm und ideal für Ruhe suchende. Die Hotellage ist perfekt für Ausflüge.

Frühstück ist normaler Standard, nichts außergewöhnliches, Halbpension hatte uns nicht geschmeckt und wir erfuhren auch von Gästen, dass das Essen von einem Catering kommt und nicht selbst gekocht wird, was ich ehrlich gesagt von einem 4 Sterne Hotel erwarten würde. Wir haben das Zimmer reklamiert, da die Betten schrecklich quietschten und haben eine bessere Zimmerkategorie erhalten, hier war es deutlich sauberer, aber die Betten sind dennoch eine Katastrophe. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, das Hotel an sich sehr sauber und der Pool ist schön, die Sauna war vor 15 Uhr geschlossen daher haben wir sie nicht gesehen. Das Hotel hat auch einen Billardtisch ein Spiel kostet 1 €. Die Cocktails sind lecker und die Umgebung ist ruhig. Empfehlen kann man das Hotel, Nachbesserung sollte bei den Betten gemacht werden und den kleinen Zimmern auch noch mal nach putzen. Empfehlen kann man zum Essen OldNorseBBQ, ein kleiner Burgerimbiss mit Sterne-Qualitäts-Burger oder in Erfurt das Wirtshaus Christstoffel. Wenn man von den Betten absieht war es dennoch ein toller Aufenthalt, denn mit Reklamationen wird sehr gut umgegangen..
