Fine if you're just looking for a bed for a night

The pictures on this site were not really reflected in the actual room. The room was a small desk and a simple bed, and also naturally a toilet and a shower. The room was not filthy, but not exactly clean. There was only a partial covering of the window and outside is some sort of industrial site that was a little noisy from early morning on. It was fine for me as I just needed a place to rest for the night, but I probably wouldn't stay there long if I was visiting Lubeck.

We had to check-in at the neighbouring hotel but that wasn't the end of the world. I didn't get "budget hotel" vibes from this place at all. It was spotlessly clean, beds were comfortable, luxurious bedding, lovely big windows, tea and coffee facilities. Even the dog had a bed and some bowls laid out. Very impressed and will indeed stay again when next passing through.

This is a very good budget hotel and an affordable alternative to more expensive hotels in/near the city centre of Lübeck. We had the family room with a sofa converted to a bed for our son. There is a quick and frequent bus connection to the city centre. Rooms are equipped with kettle and coffee/tea. The road next to hotel is busy, but there is good sound insulation and darkening through electric window shutters. Be aware that due to the low price there is no staffed reception, but electronic check-in and creation of the door cards. For problems, a nearby hotel reception can help.

Larm, larm og mere larm. Hotellet ligger lige ud til en stor vej og der er trafik døgnet rundt, så det er virkelig svært at sove. Værelset er fint og stort. Vi fik ikke gjort rent - man skulle betale for rengøring 15 euro - for mig giver det ingen mening. Vi valgte hotellet fordi der var parkering. Det var der ikke - jo på nabohotellet til 17 euro per dag.

Reseña del Hotel Viva – Lübeck, Alemania

Mi experiencia en el Hotel Viva fue, en general, regular, con algunos aspectos positivos, pero también varios puntos decepcionantes. Al llegar al hotel, nos dimos cuenta de que la habitación asignada era una habitación doble simple, a pesar de que habíamos reservado y pagado expresamente por una habitación para tres personas. Esto generó una situación incómoda, ya que nos tuvieron esperando aproximadamente una hora mientras buscaban una solución. Nos informaron que no había otras habitaciones disponibles, aunque finalmente, después de esa larga espera, lograron resolver el problema. No obstante, ya era tarde y perdimos tiempo valioso, lo cual fue frustrante. En cuanto a la habitación en sí, no tengo mayores quejas: era cómoda, limpia y agradable. El baño estaba en buen estado y todo parecía bien mantenido. Sin embargo, el servicio post-estancia dejó mucho que desear. Al salir del hotel, olvidé un cepillo de dientes eléctrico en el baño. Me comuniqué con el hotel para preguntar por él, pero tardaron dos días en responder y me informaron que no lo habían encontrado. Me cuesta creer que se haya perdido en otro lugar, ya que estoy seguro de haberlo dejado en el baño. Otro hotel quizás lo habría encontrado y me habría ofrecido enviarlo, incluso con costos a mi cargo, lo que habría sido totalmente razonable. Lamentablemente, aquí no fue el caso, y terminé perdiendo un objeto de valor.

Godt ophold

Bortset fra indtjekning var alt fint, ville ikke have bekymringer ift at bo der igen. Værelserne var gode og rene, personalet hjælpsomt. Det er super at der er parkering lige ved hotellet og vi blev positivt overrasket over at kunne oplade elbil under opholdet.

Check in is supposed to be at a computer, but the supplier of this service is facing technical issues. Therefore, we were pleased that the very friendly staff at the Vier Jahreszeiten hotel was able to assist, also with replacing a broken shower. Despite these minor issues, a very comfortable stay to a reasonable price.

Store dejlige værelser. Der er ikke alle mulige lækre ekstra ting - men der er elkande med lidt te og kaffe og ellers bare senge og et stort fint badeværelse. Man skal lige være opmærksom på at parkering er ved et nabo-hotel, ligesom reception og sådan også er. Der er heller ikke morgenmad på selve hotellet - men kan bestille morgenmad på nabo-hotellet - ellers er der en rigtig fin bistro ved Bauhaus, der ligger på den anden side af vejen. Vores værelser lå ud mod en trafikeret vej, men trafikken stilnede af ved 23 tiden - og vi kunne derfor fint have vinduerne lidt åbne. Vi var generelt rigtig glade for vores ophold - vi kommer gerne igen en anden gang.

Das Hotel liegt an einer Hauptstraße, wodurch es im Zimmer sowohl tagsüber als auch nachts sehr laut ist. Besonders morgens im Flur ist es extrem laut, wenn die Zimmer gereinigt werden. Zudem gibt es keine Rezeption, sondern nur einen Check-in-Automaten, der jedoch nicht funktioniert.

The hotel was clean and the room, just what I needed. It was confusing checking in with the kiosk, especially since I prepaid through Expedia. There is a sign that directs people to check in at the hotel next door and the front desk staff were nice and professional.
