Lovely hotel in a beautiful setting - views from the breakfast room were breathtaking. Only criticism was rooms get a bit stuffy due to no air con.

The hotel was nice. Right on the promenade. It rained while we were there but there was a sun room for breakfast which was lovely. The breakfast was good. Rooms very clean and spacious. Parking was definitely an issue. I chatted online about driving in when I first booked. Then called to have a conversation about the stay and again mentioned parking and we had a rental. When we came to check in there was no record of parking. We were lucky the hotel next door was able to offer a spot.

Nice hotel, perfect location and the breakfast was really good. It was not possible to pay the hotel with my Eurocard which works everywhere, luckily I could pay with cash. They started to clean our room before we had checked out and removed our luggage, which I had not experianced at any other hotel The cleaners just waited for me to be finished with brushing my teeth so they could finished the cleaning, very strange

Small and cozy traditional hotel

Arrival late needed some call to helpline but beautiful old hotel kept in great shape! Excellent breakfast despite being bit slim in options. Beds bit too soft but no probs though. Unfortunately no aircon, so room was very warm. Bathroom is cramped but everything is renovated in the room. Bad smell in the bathroom on arrival went away with a flush, luckily. Parking onky at the municipal areas that are some hundres of meters away but very cheap.

Turning the clock back in time.

Our stay was wonderful! The hotel was beautiful and like stepping out of the turn of the century with the wicker cabanas. The hotel was clean, staff helpful.

Die Lage ist direkt am der Promenade und damit unschlagbar. Vom Frühstücksraum ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hat natürlich Meerblick. Mit dem reichhaltigen Frühstück vergisst man da gerne mal die Zeit. An den Zimmern gibt's nichts zu bemängeln. Besonders süß fanden wir die handgeschriebenen Schilder an den Zimmertüren. Wir hatten ursprünglich einen Parkplatz in der Garage gebucht, aber da wir mit einem Kombi und Heckfahrradträger nicht reingepasst haben, konnten wir den ohne Kosten stornieren. Wir werden das Hotel für unseren nächsten Aufenthalt in Travemünde garantiert wieder buchen.
