Pleasant hotel in a great location

My mother and I stayed at this hotel when visiting the area for my uncles funeral. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming and allocated us the most comfortable room with the best view of the promenade and the boats passing. The decor was nice, and the room was a decent size with a nice seating area to enjoy the view. The location was fantastic for local shops and restaurants. There were two choices for breakfast, served from 7-12. Upstairs in the garden room and then downstairs in Jo’s. Breakfast had a reasonable choice and was very nice. The downsides were the bed wasn’t so long. I am tall (6ft) and my feet hung off the end. There was also no security safe which is helpful when you are staying from abroad and have passport etc. the fridge also was super loud and so at night we had to switch it off. Parking is a short walk from the hotel and chargeable at 5euro per night, but there is parking in the street nearer the hotel which is free from 6pm until 10am. All in all, a very pleasant and comfortable hotel and we would certainly consider returning.

Eine absolut gute Adresse für eine Übernachtung in Travemünde. Direkt in der Fußgängerzone. Parkplätze vorhanden, aber nicht direkt am Hotel. Frühstück sehr gut.

Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Vom Hausmeister wird man wegen falscher Parkplatzwahl angemeckert. Parkplatzsituation insgesamt angespannt. Für unser Empfinden nicht sehr familienfreundlich. Wir haben uns nicht wirklich wohl gefühlt. Lage ist aber hervorragend und das Frühstück reichhaltig.

Keine Klima im Zimmer! Erreichbarkeit mit dem Fahrzeug kompliziert, sehr schlechte Beschreibung, selbst bei Nachfrage beim Personal. Die Handhabung diesbezüglich geht gar nicht .... Das Personal hat uns kühl und desinteressiert aufgemmen. Wir haben die Freundlichkeit als unzureichend empfunden. Frühstücksbuffet gut. An Laffeeautomaten wird gespart - einer für Alle .... Die Lage ist sehr gut. Schöner angenehmer Wintergarten, mit ansprechender wohlfühlatmosphäre. Wir haben per Internet gebucht und empfinden die Beschreibung als Nichtzutreffend. Wir bewerten das Haus als befriedigende Pension in sehr guter Lage, sauber, gutes Frühstück, jedoch unklimatisiert, schlechte Parkmöglichkeit und sehr unfreundliches Personal.

Besvärande cigatettrök i hela hotellet. Problem att komma med bil till hotellet, hänvisades till en avlägsen P-plats. Krångligt system med hämta o lämna kort, hantera bagage pga avsaknad av P plats att stanna vid hotellet. Avgiftsbelagd badstrand, varför? God frukost. Fungerar för enstaka övernattning.

Byte av handukar ej självklart. Fick endast en ny badhanduk. Fick själva be om toa papper. En av personalen i receptionen otrevlig o nonchalant. Frukosten OK. Hårdkokta ägg o tunt kaffe. Inga mörkläggningsgardiner i rummet. Läget perfekt, kompenserar en del. Har bott där tidigare o upplevde att det totalt blivit sämre.

Schöne Lage und freundliches Personal

Das Hotel befindet sich in zentraler Lage von Travemünde. Das Zimmer war sehr groß (nicht alle sind groß) und hatte eine gute Ausstattung, die für einen längeren Aufenthalt geeignet ist. Die Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit das Personal sind sehr gut. Der Parkplatz befindet sich nur wenige Minuten entfernt und für einen Tagespreis von 4 Euro sehr zu empfehlen. Schön wäre es, wenn für Fahrräder ein Raum zur Verfügung stehen würde. Zwar hat das Hotel mehrere Fahrstühle, aber nicht alle Zimmer sind mit dem Fahrstuhl erreichbar. Unserem Wunsch nach Verdunklungsgardinen wurde erst nach nochmaligem Ansprechen nachgekommen.
