Excellent location with very good breakfast and relaxing bar area. The spa/pool area was very clean and a great place to spend some time. The hotel is really well located for bars, restaurants and the beach

Wir hatten einen richtig tollen Kurzurlaub im aja Travemünde. Die Lage direkt zwischen Promenade und Strand ist großartig, die Aussicht vom Zimmer war super. Alles sauber und gepflegt und das Schwimmbad ein richtiges Highlight. Minimal Abzüge gibt es bei uns nur hier: Beim Abendessen war die Auswahl an Hauptgerichten eher klein. Wenn man beispielsweise keinen Spargel mag, bleibt u.U. nur noch ein warmes Gericht. Als Vegetarier ebenso. Getränke sind bei der Halbpension beim Abendessen nicht inklusive - nicht einmal Wasser. Das sollte transparenter kommuniziert werden, wir waren doch sehr irritiert darüber. Die Service-Mitarbeiterin beim Abendessen wirkte auf uns auch sehr forsch, wir hatten manchmal fast den Eindruck, zu stören, wenn wir eine zweite Portion Nachtisch gegessen haben (...ist ja schließlich Urlaub, oder?). Das Frühstück dagegen war hervorragend und mit so viel leckerer Auswahl, dass wir das am Abend gleich noch einmal hätten essen können.

Gefallen hat es mir da es direkt am Strand lag. Sauna war auch gut,was ich besser finden würde,das die Sainahandtücher allein wechseln kann,unsere ersten Saunatücher waren zu kurz. Es gab leider kein 2 zum Duschen,so daß wir unsere vom Zimmer genommen haben. Leider wurde uns dann ein Handtuch aus der Tasche genommen. Für uns ist es kein 4 Sterne Hotel. Wie sind nicht pingelig,aber 3 Sterne ist es nur wert. Da im Zimmer eine Klimaanlage fehlte,zu dem gab es keine Utensilien (Wattestäbchen usw),zu wenig Licht,zu wenige Steckdosen. Handcreme bzw Körperlotion fehlten usw. Leider werden die Zimmer nur alle 2 Tage gereinigt (bei uns waren trotzdem Staubwolken unter den Möbel,hab sogar unter der Couch eine Insulinnadel gefunden) 3 Silberfische waren auch auf dem Zimmer. Trotzdem ist das Hotel gut.

War ein schöner Aufenthalt. Lediglich beim Frühstücksbüffet ist noch etwas Optimierungsbedarf. Irgendwas war leider immer leer (Messer, Gabeln, Löffel, Teller,…) Aber das Personal ständig ist total bemüht!

Das Hotel an sich hat uns grundsätzlich gut gefallen - tolles Ambiente, stilvoll eingerichtet, saubere Zimmer, super freundliches Personal und eine tolle Lage! Auch das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig. Was uns persönlich gestört hat, war, dass wir an beiden Morgen keinen freien Tisch gefunden haben um zu frühstücken. Wir sind zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten hin, aber es war einfach nur überfüllt und das ist schade wenn man nach langer Zeit einfach mal rauskommt und entspannen will. Der Schwimmbadbereich ist toll und großzügig- im Familienbereich. Da wir aber unter dem Motto Wellness da waren, hat uns der Erwachsenenbereich enttäuscht. Die Saunen waren top, aber auch hier hatten wir keine Möglichkeit zu liegen. Es gab nicht viele Liegen in diesem Bereich und diese waren alle belegt. Außerdem waren die Liegen überwiegend im „Gang“. Fazit: für Familien ein mega Hotel - als Erholung für Erwachsene würde ich beim nächsten Mal etwas anderes wählen.
