The services are generally good, except that the room is hot, due to the hot weather. Suggestion: Maybe AC installation might be helpful.

It was a very nice stay. The beds were good and it was quiet. The bathroom is a bit old fashioned but we loved it. We even had a bath. We came very late in the evening and the receptionist was very friendly. It is better to call the hotel directly than to book with Expedia. We didn’t have the breakfast. We went to a nice bakery.

The room was alright though a little old. The view wasn't that nice but the problem was, that you could hear the road and the trains quite loudly even from the 12th floor. The breakfast was tasty, but am hour before it closed there were some things already empty and they couldn't or wouldn't refill them. But the staff was really nice and helpful as far as they could. The biggest problem was, that the WiFi wasn't usable at all, you couldn't even open Google.

Worst hotel visted

Awful area, run down dirty and dilapidated. No internet even though advertised. Rooms not very clean. Fridge in room plug missing. Balcony filthy. Overall totally unsuitable for children and not worth the cost ( even though cheap). Would highly recommend it should taken off your list of hotels.

Horrible hotel

This is a terrible hotel. It is very old and dirty everywhere. I had to wipe off the chairs in the room with soap and water because both chairs were filthy with hair on them. The paint on the exterior of the hotel is bleached and weathered with many holes on the facade. The building looks like it is going to be demolished soon. There are no key cards at this hotel. They gave me a key with a heavy metal holder. The key was attached to a loose key ring and it fell off at one point during my two day stay. At check out, the receptionist said they will have to charge me 80 Euros to make a new key. I couldn't believe this. Stay away from this hotel, it is terrible.

Horrible! Awful! Dirty!

This hotel is disastrous! The area in which the hotel is located does not feel very safe, we would not have wanted to move outside the hotel. In the lobby there are women moving around who we suspect are there to do some questionable work... The man at the reception is nice but that's also the only good thing about the whole stay. Corridors and rooms lack AC and it was therefore unbearably hot in the room and if the balcony door was open there was an imminent risk of pigeons entering. There was a fan in the room which certainly did the job but was very dusty and stale. The whole room was very worn, dirty and unfresh. The bathroom had probably not been renovated since the 70s/80s and there was extensive moisture damage/mold on the wall. We arrived at the hotel late in the evening but considered looking for a new hotel as it was partly very unfresh but also because it felt very unsafe. I had never lived there by myself but now we were family and we chose to stay. We only slept a couple of hours to be able to leave the place as early as possible in the morning! This was my absolute worst hotel stay ever!
