Good Value Hotel

Good value for money. Convenient with shopping mall nearby, lots of eateries and cafes. Easy transportation too. Parking was at nearby public parking at a discounted rate.

Was disappointed bar was shut at 5pm as lone female didn’t want to wander too far on my own. Cleanliness was great, room basic but comfy, staff helpful. Ideal location to where I wanted to be so would definitely rebook. Tea and coffee would be great in the room but that’s my preference and not a criticism.

We booked a room for four. There were no slippers, towels, glasses, pillows, or blankets in the room. Parking was chargeable. And it's a 13-minute drive to the city center. It's a very bad hotel.

Nice layout, but the transparent bathroom door may indispose some guests. No kitchen cutlery/pots/pans was provided, making it pretty much useless. The microwave rotating plate was missing, but the maintenance team quickly provided a replacement one.

The hotel IS okey , I like It , just a litltle problem , I ask 2 times in the reception for a towel and nobody bring US during our stay, so we only have 1 towel for 4 days and no cleaning the room since check in day...

I was given a room 5 th floor. I went up - bonding a room. Went down with luggage - the staff trucked to find where the room was. Too. Apparently it was in the other block - you need first go to 4 th floor, then thorough a lab rent of corridors, then take another lift - it was not working. So I had to climb up theatres . It took me a long time to learn that way. I also had building works in the morning next yo My room. The room itself was nice. But a double bed for two was too narrow. We had a sleepless night . Also - breakfast not very good. Stuff at the administration was helpful.

Es wurde das gebuchte Zimmer nicht gegeben. Mit dem Zusatz „Upgrade“ gab es ein Apartment. Grundsätzlich bei einem Wochenende nicht das große Problem. Aber das Zimmer war komplett verraucht. Mit Familie absolute unangenehm und nicht tragbar. Auf Reklamation wurde nixjz eingegangen und ein Parkplatz angeboten. Angeblich kein Zimmer mehr frei. Am Ende gab es ein Angebot über 20% Nachlass den man aber nicht direkt erhalten hat sondern ich mich (sehr wahrscheinlich) noch streiten darf. Da das Zimmer aber gewaltig nach Rauch stank(abgestanden also schon länger bekannt) war das Angebot aus meiner Sicht dennoch nicht tragbar. Zimmer ansonsten sehr alt und dreckig. Duschrinne total verstopft und sofort alles unter Wasser, dafür aber die Matratze gut Frühstück im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels. Absolut in akzeptabel. Kleiner, lauter Raum in keiner schöne Atmosphäre. Am Ende muss man sagen, für den Preis kann man auch nicht viel erwarten, wenn man aber die Bilder und die Bewertung im Netz sieht, spiegelt dies nicht der Realität wieder Daher insgesamt ein Stern, schon fast zu viel. Absolut keine Empfehlung und nie wieder. Schade.
