Realizing when we were going to be 45 minutes late for the check-in period (only 3 pm - 5 pm), we quickly called and they were very flexible to wait for us to show up. We stayed in the family apartment which meant we had a full kitchen available to prepare meals. This was very much appreciated. Plus we had loads of space to spread out.
