“Hotel and room were clean. All staff were so nice and helpful. Breakfast was great and there were lots of options. It was quiet at night and the beds were comfy. We have family now living in Boise so we will be back and will definitely choose to stay here again.”

“They charged for the gluten free toast of the breakfast that wasn’t suppose to be charged, the parts that should have been charged was in a different spot on that list and we didn’t mark that. The breakfast wasn’t all that great and wasn’t even warm. Only thing warm about the breakfast was the coffee. The tub was gross and not cleaned, we cleaned it ourself. “This was super convenient for downtown activities. The area was very walkable. The room was clean and comfortable. We were there for one night so we didn’t use the kitchen, but it was well organized.”

“In comparison to my last review, this hotel was the exact opposite. This was a wonderful experience. Lovely staff. Great restaurant and pub. Comfortable, secure, and lovely for a building that has 100 years of history and memories. I will definitely return and it comes with a very HIGH recommendation.”
