I arrive and am immediately forced to check in with a virtual assistant in India who has zero customer service skills. As he's figuring out how to check me in, I have to stand in a 100 degree waiting room. I immediately asked for a refund and they refused to give it to me. I booked two hours prior and they refused to give me my money back.

The room was very clean, and the hotel was quiet and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again next time.

This place was ok. Outdated and very bare bones/simple. Only one of the two elevators were working and it created quite the back up and long wait time for the elevators. No items in the fridge for purchase and the bar on the top floor and the continental breakfast was meh. We wouldn’t stay here again.
