We had a wonderful time at the Waldstaetterhof. The staff was helpful and friendly. It is well located, close to Grindelwald First and Grindelwald Bahnof. We stayed for four nights and went all over the Jungfrau region. We would stay again.

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our first visit to Luzern. Train station is just across the street in a wonderful neighborhood. Extremely friendly and welcoming staff. We especially loved the location. Everything you would want to see and experience is a short walk. The shopping, dining and convenience to the train station below the station was amazing.

We would come back!

The front desk staff was so nice and very helpful. This was our first visit to Switzerland and they made us feel welcome. The location from the train station made it very easy to get to. There are a large number of attractions and restaurants/bars within a couple minutes. At check in we received a voucher for free public transportation and discounts while in Lucerne.

The staff were great, very informative and provided highlights of the area around the hotel. Perfect location to eateries bakeries, site-seeing, and train station. Room was a tad small, but all the other positives negates that issue.

Excellent service and attention from all staff. Just as a honest review, rooms seems to be as good as the pictures but they are not. It is understandable that is the historic building layout that don’t permit doing something crazy but just be aware that rooms are small that it looks, specially bathroom (shower area). And pillos need improvement and provide better ones (orthopedic and supportive) and usually, should be at least 4 per each bed.

Beausite Zermatt is easily one of the better hotels in Switzerland. The staff are both professional and quite friendly, the property is both clean and gorgeous, and Zermatt the town speaks for itself. I'll be recommending the location to everyone I know.

Stayed here one night on a quick trip to Lucerne. Property is being renovated. Clean basic rooms, beds were comfortable. good location next to bahnhof and old town. No AC presumably due to renovations, no refrigerator so when I left my Swiss chocolate in the room and came back from sightseeing it was actually so hot in the room it was melted:( Quite expensive for product offered at this time. If you’re going to spend the money perhaps book something a bit nicer this price point.

The receptionist was extremely helpful upon arrival. Next day however there was terribly noisy construction work going on from about 9 am till 6 pm. Concrete breaking, hammering, drilling was virtually permanent. Complaint was not accepted so this was our worse hotel stay ever in a very convenient place near the old town of a beautiful city. The hotel did not gave any discount for the inconvenience only made our parking free.
