We had a spacious two king beds in a clean, modern room, ample for four people. The location was perfect, minutes walk to the pier and train station. The staff was amazing and welcoming. Everything about this hotel was excellent and I would highly recommend it for a trip to Lucerne.

The location is so convenient - 5mins walk from the train station. The staff checked me into a room with a view and it made the stay so memorable. The fitness facilities and sauna were of international standard. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and the bed soo comfortable.
