Friendly & nice front desk personnel. Free drinking water, coffee & other hot drinks. Erton, I think he is the manager was nice & helpful. This Ibis Hotel Lucerne is in the city center. Do not forget to ask for free tram pass. Accessible to many stores & transportation.

Leon was absolutely incredibly helpful. He not only helped us locate milk and baby necessities. He wrote out an entire days itinerary for us to tour Luzern and it was amazing. Would highly recommend staying here just because of him!

Clean large rooms with excellent AC to escape the summer heat. Staff was kind and helpful. They allow you to store your luggage if the room isn’t ready. They have a small store downstairs and breakfast for a few. We would stay here again because it was excellent value and a short walk from bus stops.
