This was a very comfortable property conveniently located in city center. The front desk staff were lovely and very welcoming and helpful. A nice bonus is an included breakfast buffet with everything needed for a great start to the day.

The women who worked at reception were unusually considerate and helpful, which got us off to a good start. The room was excellent; the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was also excellent; more like a 4-star than a 3-star hotel, which pleased this foodie. We also enjoyed the location -- quiet, but less than 20 minutes' walk from the train station.

From check in to check out we had friendly staff help us out, Nathalie in particular was wonderful. Our room was just what we needed and we loved our view. The breakfast was delicious and regularly tended to and refilled. I definitely recommend as Lucerne is very expensive!

We really enjoyed our stay, the front desk staff was very helpful, room was clean and had A/C which was great for the current heat wave. Location was perfect for public transport and walking to different sites. Overall was a great stay and definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Luzer :)
