Very nice small hotel , Nathalie was very helpful at the front desk proving info and giving us a pass for transportation in the city. Room was spotless although smalll ..the ac was wonderful , it was extremely hot outside but we slept great ! Location of hotel was great too

This hotel is a very convenient location, surrounded by many delicious restaurants. Their rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was fantastic. We would definitely stay there again.

Both receptionists served us were excellent. They can guide you anywhere with full information and clear directions. Hotel parking at back cost you 20CHF p/night. All essential amenities are close by. Breakfast was very good. If you prefer firm mattresses, you should inform the staff in advance, as the standard mattresses are quite soft and the comforter is shorter, which may not be ideal for taller guests. The hotel provides free local transportation tickets within the city.

Our stay was really good. We got a bigger room with the view of the mount Pilatus. We had some issues in our room on the first night of stay but they were all promptly resolved the next morning. The breakfast had a good variety. All the staff were very pleasant and polite. They gave us good suggestions on travel to visit the local spots. The hotel was very close to the busstop that goes to the central and is in a 5min walking distance to the chapel bridge/old town. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for stay over here.
