This hotel is perfectly located to shops, restaurants and sightseeing. We booked a triple room for two people for extra space. Breakfast had a good selection of items. The staff was very welcoming and helpful.

We arrived early from Zurich. Hotel is convenient to the train station in Lucerne - walking distance and easy to find. Our room was not available but the hotel stored our bags and allowed us to change in the lobby restroom. Room for 3 had a good amount of space, nice bathroom with bath products and air conditioning which was much appreciated after walking around the city and due to the recent heat wave in Europe and the unexpectedly hot temperatures. Staff were friendly and provided recommendations. Lots of dining opportunities around the hotel and in the vicinity.

We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel has a reasonable breakfast offering which was included with our stay. The room was fine, but some of the lobby areas of the hotel could do with an update. However, this is a fantastic location for exploring Lucerne and we had a beautiful view from our room.

The hotel is a 10-15 minute walk from the train station. The rooms are clean, spacious and well maintained. They also have an in room safe to store your valuables. The staff are very helpful, friendly and professional. There is also a communal coffee machine in the entrance for you to help yourself to. Highly recommended.

Good place to stay downtown, close to the train station and most of the must-see sights and shopping area. Good, clean room. Coffee and tea available in the lobby. Good breakfast and they even recommend when to go based on the volume of guests in the restaurant at various times of the morning. Highly recommended.
